Can not get a hold of anyone to make appt or refill Rx when needed. Had to go into office to find any help. Love my doctor but office is not so friendly.

I have gone to Dr. Sidiqi's office for several years and have always been treated very well. His office staff is very welcoming and very helpful and friendly. I never feel rushed when I see Dr. Sidiqi and always leave feeling we covered all the important information. He is always open to any questions I have and works with me to make good decisions about my health care.

The Dr is wonderful but office staff is horrible! horrible horrible!!! The office manager (blond) is beyond rude to people/patients. She needs to be FIRED! And learn manners! The office staff is hard to get ahold of to make appointments. When you are waiting, they call people randomly not by the sign in sheet, which should be taken in order of who arrived and by appt time!!Then when you're in the appt, one of the staff seems to always interrupt by knocking, So the appt gets cut short. Dr missed multiple scheduled appointments both in office and via phone. More than one occasion I was left in the exam room for 45 minutes or more before being told the Dr wasn't even in. I was told I was not allowed to be mad at him because he has a family but this is your chosen line of work so you don't get you pull that card. I've been trying to get my health under control but that is very hard to do with an absent doctor.

Making it short Dr is great but the blonde office manager who's up at front desk is a rude b----. Makes u feel ur not worth her or drs time.That in its self makes me sick.

If your sick when you have an appt. They won't see you. Had blood work done 11/10, went back 11/28, their systems down. Can'tbe seen. Rescheduled for 12/20? Have a cold, tested at home for Covid, negative, they won't accept home results?Have to go to urgent care to get a test???Umm your a Dr? Why do we need you if your just sending us elsewhere?Absolutely horrible to think anyone has this kind of time to do your job.If you don't want sick people in your office, you should find a new line of work.If you don't want sick people in your office find a new line of work

Staff do not return phone calls for prescription refills. Left 3 messages in 9 days. Passive aggressive attitudes. Time to get a new office manager?

A hand full of months ago, I abruptly started having asthma attacks again after over a decade of being in the clear. Dr. Sidiqi was the only one able to get me an on the spot breathing treatment. During my first episode...the Urgent care only give me a steroid shot and told me to go to ER. The ER(zero surprise), had me waiting for several hours while I struggled to breath...at which point the steriod shot kicked in so I left. For the second attack, I called Dr. Sidiqi's office. He wasn't in, but still made me a priority. He had me go in right away for a nebulizer. He told me if it ever happens again to just go in and not worry about an appointment. Thank you Sidiqi!! Thank you for actually caring about my wellbeing and not treating me like a number. The attending nurse was also wonderful. Thank youuuuu!

Never returns calls. If he's has too many patients he should stop taking on new ones. This happens all the time.

The front office 1st said to do lab work there, then we were told to go to quest labs, then at quest labs we were told to go to lab corps. How hard would it be for them to actually write down the name of the lab on the lab order? This place is NOT patient friendly!

Unless your willing to put up with a lot of mental anguish on top of your illness, STAY AWAY from this practice! They tout a lot of services that are rarely available for one reason or another,I went in to get a referral to a urologists',and almost 3 months went by without results, I had even provided them with the urologists phone,fax etc! There staff is beyond incompetent, and changes on a regular basis Never answer phones, rarely call back. No matter how BAD your previous experiences have been, this place should be shut down for non performance

This is the worst Dr office I've ever been to. The front staff is extremely rude. On my last visit one of them called a patient an A-hole, and now that I've been a few times, I know why the guest was rude to them. I cant see myself being very pleasant to them either. I've called for weeks for my test results. No one will call me back yet I received the bill from the testing places. They don't have a lab person so I had to go elsewhere for a blood draw. I'd get better service if I were a patient at the urgent care. At least they called me with the results and for follow up care. The doctors are great but I'd never recommend this place. They actually yelled at the pharmacist for calling on my behalf for a refill on my ssni that I cannot miss or I'm in terrible withdrawals. They didn't care took a week to send in the proper refill and I was basically debilitated. My fault I thought 3 days was enough time to send in a refill. I'm looking for a new place now. They are so rude and unprofessional.

This office is so professional and caring. I had issues with my medication being paid for by my insurance. I talked to Angelica the office manager and she explained the whole process to me in a way I was able to understand. Then she called my insurance and my pharmacy and figured it out with in a few hours. I even got a call back on a Saturday making sure I was able to pick them up from the pharmacy. I am in complete aww of how over and beyond this office has gone. I read some of the bad reviews and I completely disagree.
