In trying to return it, they wanted me to take the mattress to UPS and they want to charge me for shipping it back. I was horrified we’ll take care of that later. In the store in Lake Havasu City, I met Charles Bledsoe. He greeted me at the door, welcomed me into the store. It was so kind and pleasant and I listen he listened while II told him my horrible rant. He gets 100 points for that. He Asked me where I lived and I said the house that needed. The mattress was in Williams Arizona. He said we can deliver the mattress there. I was so excited!

I showed him the mattress ad that we had found online and I told him I wanted a full XL mattress for my son for the bedframe That I had already purchased and put together.

We talked about options whether or not a queen would be better vs full xl. We looked at them. We looked at In compared the sizes. We have evaluated all that together and had conversations About the size of the room and the purpose of the bed Ultimately decided on staying with the full XL mattress

We then proceeded to check out pillow top mattresses that were close to equivalent, the next step up and the next step down. Charles pulled out dropped down mattresses to try. I laid down on all of these different beds and I most certainly liked the most expensive one the best I have Haha But I had to keep in mind that this was just a weekend, house or holiday gathering home not the one we live in I decided that we would go with the one that was the ad.

Charles then proceeded to finalize the sale and gave me my delivery date.

Was very professional, he is very knowledgeable, he happily answered all of my questions, and made me feel really comfortable that I was buying the correct mattress for Johnny I will have to say that Charles is a great asset to your business. We were told it was likely because of a few different than normal material suppliers had been used during the 2020 closures. NO PROBLEM! No delay, they ordered up a replacement mattress and as soon as it was ready and in town they brought it out, took away the old one and placed the new one!!! We would 100% recommend buying a new mattress here!”
