“The process took 4 hours from start to finish. We traded in two phones and bought two new ones including accessories. The salesman had trouble adding the second line on my phone. My husband was very restless waiting. The salesmen were very friendly and knowledgeable except with the second line issue. The salesmen told me to give it 24 hours for the switch to complete and he will help me add the second line at that time. We had visitors and couldn’t go back until Wednesday of the following week. I got assistance from 611 in completing the second number activation on my phone.”
“It was a nice rainy Friday afternoon and I needed some help with a phone transfer from the day prior. The store was in a reset and slightly short staffed which left some customers upset or unwilling to wait (really wasn’t that bad). Staff members were welcoming, professional and accommodating.
