“Don't understand all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but great interactions and customer service. Most recently my mailbox rental was due while i was unfortunately in the hospital for a few months. When I got out and able to function again I gave them a call and explained, they waived the key deposit since I still had my key, and didnt charge me to set a new box up because of the unforeseen circumstances. thats stand up customer service in my eyes and why I will continue to give them my business.
