“Came in pretty late but they got me in anyway. Quick oil change and a printed out list of issues to watch and suggestion with no high-pressure sales pitch. Will definitely be going back not only for oil changes but to get some of those issues taken care of.”
“I live in Havasu and on a Friday afternoon I was was towing my boat out of my driveway and the transmission went out and sprayed oil all over my driveway. I called Bob's My Shop and spoke to Santone. We agreed to have it towed to the shop and they would diagnose the problem first thing Monday. True to his word, Santone called me on Monday and said the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. He said they found and replaced a broken transmission cooling line and replaced all fluids and verified the transmission was fine. Instead of thousands of dollars for a new transmission, they repaired my truck for a couple of hundred dollars and had it back to me in one day's work. Great job, very reasonable pricing and pleasant to deal with. Best experience with auto repair that I have had in a long time.Thank you to Bob's My Shop!”
“Absolutely phenomenal service from GNG. My wife accidentally pumped diesel into our gas rental truck and drove almost a mile.
Well we are not from Havasu. Supposed to be leaving in the morning.
I was recommended by a local to call GNG.
They got it in and got it all fixed up in only one day. (And even dealt with my calling to check the status all day since we were supposed to be leaving)
And to boot, a bunch of nice pleasant people to work with.
