We came in on a Friday afternoon. Our sales rep, Tim S. was great. He found us a car in our budget. We filled out some paperwork. We were in and out within an hour. He called us Saturday morning , said our car was ready, we came in signed some papers and drove off within an hour again. Excellent customer service. The car is perfect for us. We love it .

Just bought a newer vehicle today. I’m so glad I went to their website to see what they had. Brad Boomer is an excellent person to do business with. He’s honest and fair. I had a lot of issues here from start to finish. I won't get into specifics of the entire ordeal but what I will say is that for the past 3 or 4 days, the receptionist at my office has been forwarding calls up to my phone because someone was asking to speak to me and they thought it was a patient. I am a hospice nurse so when I am on my phone, I'm usually dealing with a crisis and can't always switch over to answer another incoming call. I kept missing these calls because I was either out of the office or on the other line. I didn't know who it was that was calling to call give them a call back. They forward the call again today and it was Martin Swanty in Kingman asking how I liked my new Kia. They are calling my work over and over again to ask me how I liked a car I didn't even buy. I felt this was SO unprofessional and I have no idea how they got my work number. I guess Martin Swanty owns Paradise Auto as well. The entire experience was frustrating.

I’ve dealt with several dealerships over the years and walked away due to high pressure and dishonest tactics. I have to say that working with Brad at Martin Swanty was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever done. Not only were they honest and straight forward, they provided excellent customer service as well. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Absolutely loved my experience. I was referred to come in and speak to Brad Bloomer. Brad and his team were very friendly and did everything they could to get the price and payments down to something within my budget. I am now the owner of a 2020 kia sporage. Brad made this fast and made sure i walked out with a great deal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and experience.

Yesterday Brad, Jesse, and the team did an incredible job getting me in to a beautiful car. They genuinely went above and beyond to make it happen for me. The whole experience was better than can be put into words. 1200/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle. Most of the process was done while I was still at home, though after meeting the staff the process would have been worth doing in person as well.
