I was General Manager for a hotel chain this passmore guy (Owner) of Passmore Gas found out I was changing gas companies and he came to the front desk acting like an idiot wanting to fight me!! Now my personal account they took out $350$ and never touched my tankwill be changing companies again. Maybe Passmore will come to my house acting like that again things will be different.

The lady that answers the phone for Passmore gas is always very pleasant and very informative. The propane is propane what can I say about that! But I give him five stars because I think the lady is very nice on the phone that I talk to.

Randy Passmore is a class act. Not sure about the other review on here. It doesn't seem like they have even done business with Randy Passmore of Passmore Gas. It may be a pun and the greatest name for a gas company ever, but their service is good as well.

Great response time.I got caught up in the holidays forgot to check my tank level and we ran out of propane the next morning a very fast professional technician filled us up. Amazed how fast they responded.A++

I have been a Passmore customer for years, and I had a tank that seemed to be leaking gas, when I requested a replacement tank, I received a call from Randy Passmore stating that they were just "done" they no longer wanted to provide service for me, " it just wasn't worth it" he stated I just don't purchase enough gas, I am a "weekender"! So rude! I have been living out here permanently for the past year at another location they service as well, and they are going to remove that tank as well, I just don't buy enough, or reach their minimum. I just finished a remodel to hook the tank back up. More than happy to pay for minimums, but, apparently if you don't have any issues with your tank and spend a certain Amount of money with them regularly, they don't want your business! I would not recommend them. Moving on to another company gladly!

Must everything be a fart joke?! Apparently, the people who gave this Propane yard it's "comical" name never considered those of us who genuinely suffer from chronic flatulence! Bottom-burp, back-blast, one-cheek squeak, Staten Island Cheer, bumsen burner, crack concert, duck call, rim whistle, colon clap, o-ring oboe, asscoustics! I've heard them all, and, quite honestly, they're all just as painful. I'll bet the proprietors of Passmore Gas wouldn't find their little joke so funny if THEIR spouse had left them due to an inability to tolerate inadvertent flatulence. If THEIR children found it impossible to take their parent seriously or if THEIR coworkers signed a petition to force them to be furloughed on a bogus "medical leave" that, it turns out, is NOT covered by workers compensation!

Customer for almost five years. Resent experience really the worst business experience ever. Owner Mr Passmore does not even have the curiosity to return my phone calls. Waited four days and nothing. Three phone calls, one office visit and still ignoring me. The office staff is a big problem. They are uncooperative. And are not truthfull.I believe this could have been resolved by better communication from owner.They were informed prior to due date that my tank rental fee would be late so they decided to come and remove my paid for propane, they stole it with no reimbursement to me. About $435.00 worth. Far greater than the $ 72.00 tank rental fee.This is how they operate. I hope this bad experience for me will help others in their choice of propane suppliers as there are others in Havasu who appreciate your business and offer far greater service and courtesy.
