“I am extremely pleased that I got in touch with Suzette at M&M Storage many years ago as she found the perfect large unit for me to rent. Every interaction over the years with her has been not only professional and knowledgeable when information was needed but sincerely pleasant. There may be less expensive units in and outside the city. Finding a positive individual of her caliber, smart, completely dedicated to help when needed that's so customer service orientated is impossible to find. Spoiler alert, Mona her assistant shares the same exact characteristics which keeps me along with others very happy. I will continue to rent from M&M Storage. Sadly these types of employees have literally diminished at so many other businesses we all must deal with. Those not utilizing this customer first approach I do not frequent nor use. I highly recommend M&M Storage. You won't be disappointed.”

“Nice storage facility, very secure, and WOW!!! The location couldn't be in a better area! The view is SPECTACULAR. I know that's a weird thing to say about a storage facility and business center, but the name speaks for itself. Most importantly, this is possibly the most highly secured boat and RV storage facilities in Lake Havasu.”

“My husband and I recently followed our map guidance system down a very long and unpaved road that eventually turned into a wash where we got stuck in sand and small rocks. We were not planning on taking any unpaved roads but this sort of persistence teaches good life lessons! Having rushed to clean the car before our outing, I had forgotten to replace our emergency water...and we happened to get stuck right in the middle of the hottest time of the day and where there was no shade that you didn't have to squat to get under...and we were already thirsty before sinking our tires into that blazing hot sand, in fact we were trying to get to a gas station for refreshments. Had it not been stormy a few days prior, my husband thinks we might have been able to make it, but the storm washed out the last mile of an already faint path...so after trying and trying unsuccessfully to free the car, my phone overheated and shut down and we started feeling overheated ourselves! enough to give in to hiking a mile out to the closest main road to beg for water from 2 passing truckers, then we gave in to calling for help when my husband was able to catch a cell signal. The first tow company be reached out to could not reach us until the following day, even after learning the severity of our situation. And the price? It was downright disgusting! Plus, we were told that we wouldn't be bothered with at all that day...we tried again though, and this time we were blessed enough to get a very helpful and patient dispatcher from this company, who understood the dangers of us being stuck out under that blazing 115°F sun. We were quoted half the price of the first place and we got amazing help in less than an hour - with cold water and two helpful, down to earth, just totally awesome and knowledgeable guys. They got us unstuck within minutes, and even cared enough to guide us back to a safe route of exit before sending us on our way. We are so thankful to all of the team that helped us that day! We will not travel without water again and we will better check the settings of guidance system much sooner if things start to look funny. Its too bad there aren't more companies out there that exist just like this...real, honest, caring people, providing a respectful service, and for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks again for the help! Hopefully we won't be requesting their services any time soon, but we will only use and recommend them.”

After a week of calling one came available and being in another state we were able to secure the unit over the phone. Once we arrived the staff was FRIENDLY and helpful. “I broke my hip at work I could not pay my bill for three months they held my stuff for me of course they put a lock on it but they did not try to sell my stuff they held it for me to very nice people the place is clean somebody had put some cigarette but that’s not my unit they went and picked them up I mean the place is very clean I’ve had no complaints about these people they’re very good people they’re a little hard to get a hold of sometimes they have some hours that they leaving early afternoon but other than that they are very good people”

“This is the best storage facility in the Havasu area (maybe anywhere). If I could give them 10 stars I would. Not only are they are clean, safe, reasonably priced, but most importantly, the facilities/operation are run by a great team. Im always able to reach someone. Justin have found time to meet me with very little notice and work out terms that fit my situation. They go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.
