“Don't understand all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but great interactions and customer service. Most recently my mailbox rental was due while i was unfortunately in the hospital for a few months. When I got out and able to function again I gave them a call and explained, they waived the key deposit since I still had my key, and didnt charge me to set a new box up because of the unforeseen circumstances. thats stand up customer service in my eyes and why I will continue to give them my business. Thank you to all staff members”

“When it comes to local and very friendly this place is the poster child. I needed a mailbox and some details worked out and some advice about processing the address change with USPS with the least amount of aggravation. I don't use the term "warm n fuzzy" in my reviews but this place has that feel. They can handle all shipping needs, will be happy to check to see if you've got mail for you over the phone and hold packages to large for mailbox and inform you...that's class act service right there. Thanks for all the help.”
