When the package arrived I received a phone call that it was there for me. “This is the best UPS Store l've ever been to, hands down, and l've been to a bunch around the country (I've moved a lot). I had a lot of shipments recently that required special care. Some were international, some valuable and very fragile, some very large and heavy. The team was incredibly professional and friendly. They were VERY busy but efficiently got business done. I was very impressed. I worked most with Jenna, who was a delight and so on top of it! I usually feel the need to be eagle-eyed to make sure things are being done correctly. Not with Jenna! She went above and beyond. I had written numbers on the boxes to keep track of what's in each and she took it upon herself to write those on each tracking receipt so that I could keep them straight. Such a small thing that saved me time and headache later. Btw, I had to go back the next day for more shipments and was met with the same professionalism. And all of the shipments have arrived unscathed :)”

“When it comes to local and very friendly this place is the poster child. I needed a mailbox and some details worked out and some advice about processing the address change with USPS with the least amount of aggravation. I don't use the term "warm n fuzzy" in my reviews but this place has that feel. They can handle all shipping needs, will be happy to check to see if you've got mail for you over the phone and hold packages to large for mailbox and inform you...that's class act service right there. Thanks for all the help.”

This is the third. Do you read the address? Do you? You can see the names and places are different. Come and pick it up. I am not getting paid to deliver packages. It’s redundant and ridiculous. Bring back MICKEY!!!7/7/22-This is the second time we received mail for Palisades Drive. Driving around in the dark, we made sure the person received the mail. Today, I had to s say something. How can you get Kiowa Blvd N mixed up with Palisades Drive? Plus, our names are in the mailbox. It does not say Young.Good evening, when we opened the door, this notice was visible. Why? The doorbell rings. The garage is open. A knock would have sufficed. The car is in the driveway. Mickey is truly missed.
