Love this place. The ladies are friendly and good at their jobs.Every time I go in they get me in quickly. I walked in at 1:05 and was out by 1:15.Cheri was my phlebotomist. She was great. All the girls are really good at minimizing or preventing the pain of having your blood drawn.

Oh my! Morgan was amazing ?She wasn’t working the bar where I was sitting but she suddenly appeared to take my drink order then reappeared for my food order! And… got the football ? game on! Kudos to Morgan!The bartenders were busy but she definitely stepped up ? nice job sweetie ?

I have been going here for over 15 years and the service was always good and fairly fast. Over the last couple of years the they have been getting more unorganized and the speed has been getting slower and slower. At first the appointment deal sort of worked but no longer. Now the check in stands are a joke, never working. Today I checked in 5 minutes before my appointment time and watched the entire room of maybe 8 people get done along with a few others that came in after me, even one who had an appointment 30 minutes after mine. After waiting 30 minutes I went to the window and asked what happened, and was told I was next...nope. I know this will not change anything but at least I vented...

Roberta is always very helpful and I will always request her to draw my labs in the future. I have very small, difficult veins and she makes the process quick, easy, and painless!

Roberta, the front desk lady, was extremely rude. I put my info into the kiosk and set up for text messaging because I had to feed my newborn baby in private so I went to the car. A whole hour later and I never received any message so I went inside to see what was going on. I come in and see my name placed at the bottom of the list and the status set to “paused”. Instead of calling to let me know that the text messages weren’t working, they pushed my name to the bottom and didn’t bother to contact me. So I expressed my frustration and never received an apology, she simply gave an attitude that they sent it and that was it. I’m beyond upset and was trying to do what was best to breastfeed my child in hopes that I would be done with my testing before work, but here I am sitting here for another hour..

Horrible place. Everyone is rude. They are so slow even if you have an appointment. And most of the time it takes at least 2 or more weeks to get an appointment. They talk and gossip between patient appointments, even about patients. And they close the glass between them and the waiting room and you can still hear them talking about people. Rude Rude Rude.

Making an appointment is an easy online process. When fasting I like to make an early morning appointment. Of course early morning isn’t always readily available. Few weeks out before I could get in. This time around I didn’t have to fast so I went around 11:30 thinking they would want to get me in before they go to lunch. Food motivates most people. Lol. It worked. Checking in is easy. They have two kiosks to do your own check in. I don’t mind it but understand others not wanting to do someone else’s work for them. Plus some people may be machine handicapped. For me it has always been a quick and painless experience including the needle stick. Lol

Terrible service today. The front desk lady started off by yelling at me first thing this morning when the kiosk machine froze up on me. Of course that was my fault. She acted like I didn't know how to enter stuff in on a keypad. She then proceeded to tell me that there was a Sonora quest in Bullhead and it's probably closer to where I live, but it's not, and it's the opposite direction of where I was going that day. Next, I tried explaining exactly how to get my blood drawn and where to do it because I am a hard poke to get blood and she went everywhere but where I told her to go. She then had me go drink water and told me to call my doctor to get permission to get my blood drawn out of my foot since my arms weren't cooperating. Then another lady came out a minute later and called me back again and then she proceeded to try and draw my blood but to no avail. The second lady I will give credit to because she did get my arm vein but It stopped bleeding before it was even close to enough. I told them exactly how to get my blood and where they would have to do it at but they didn't go in any of the places that I suggested that they would be able to get it from. The last time I was in the same Sonora quest, I was able to show the person where to draw me and she did it and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Why wouldn't they just listen to me? It doesn't matter how much water I drink it's not going to magically make veins reappear. Push-ups might help, but not water. Listen to the client, they will be the most experienced one with their own body! I could of grabbed the needle and drew the blood myself faster than any of the trained people in that place. I've had tons of blood drawn because of my chronic health conditions. I bet I'm more experienced than the pros. Now I have to go back and get poked by them again on Monday. God help me.

I used their online lab order. It seemed ok until I got ready to "purchase" and then it'd say "error occurred, try again later." I made numerous attempts with the same result, I finally gave up. Later that night I get an email telling me that I "still have items left in my cart." NO KIDDING!!! So I tried again and it FINALLY accepted my payment. Sheesh. Meanwhile I tried calling and couldn't contact a human!!! Very poor service!!Won't use them again. When I showed up there was a sign on the door saying "appointments only today." Even though their website says walk-ins ok. Their computers were down and they needed them to function. I've now waited 4 days with no results for a simple D25 test. We're regular Kaiser patients and are used to getting lab results same day. I wasn't impressed with the facility at all. It wasn't really dirty but just was very grim looking and 'Stale" is the best way I can describe it.

Receptionist was cordial and efficient. My appt. time was honored. Phlebotomist had good skills-her name was same as mine. Key to satisfaction is on line booking of appt. I had no issues.
