I traveled from Santa Cruz, California to Anderson Toyota to buy a car I had seen on line. I thought I was a little crazy buying a car so far from home, but the transaction was the easiest, most seamless car buying experience I have ever had. Huge thanks to the entire team at Anderson Toyota. It was definitely worth the trip!

During our road trip through we had to stop in to get our vehicle checked and the service was the best we've ever had and right before close of business. Everyone was so kind and helpful! We will drive here from Vegas just to get this kind of service again.

I just want to let the public know a bit of information about Anderson Toyota.I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership but the last purchase made me disgusted!! Two small reasons, first I was promised a full tank of gas by three salesman and upon delivery their was a rock chip in windshield. Both myself and two other salesman walked car before purchase and their was no rock chip and their was no indication of a rock chip on Anderson Toyota's walk through paper work. Lying to the customer is a big No, No!! Safelite recommended a new windshield but Toyota said the rock chip was their at inspection and it was filled but their is no paper work showing that. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership due to the excessive lying by the Internet salesman, floor salesman and management. I guess lying is contagious at Anderson Toyota of Lake Havasu!! It's shameful!!

Worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. Todd , our salesman , had an attitude and demeanor of " You-guys-are-wasting-my-time" . Overall the staff had the same attitude . We were hoping to buy a used truck but we just couldn't get the confidence that these people would have our back after the sale.

I am very pleased with my experience with Anderson Toyota. They had a good price on a certified pre-owned 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro compared to what California was offering. I live in the central valley but was willing to make the 6 hour road trip. Chassidy was very prompt and professional in getting the information I needed and took a video of the vehicle for me. I had some concerns about some scratches on the truck, and she was very transparent on the scratches and even took a picture of them for me. I was a little skeptical on reserving the vehicle prior to test driving but when I finally got there, the vehicle was perfectly fine. Chassidy, Jazmine and the crew that helped me that day were very professional and did not make me wait several hours like other dealers might. They even did the smog and weight that CA registration requires. Thank you Anderson Toyota for a great experience and a great truck.

This is the place to go for world class customer service. Like many people today, I resent the high price of gasoline. I wanted a Hybrid vehicle. Called on the phone, the internet sales rep told me he would personally check the lot and call back. Within 5 minutes he called and told me he had some stock of the model that I wanted. Drove out there and got my car in less than two hours. Amazing. Also, they answer many of my questions as this Hybrid feature is new to me. Unlike many places that will patronize your when asking questions. Now, seven weeks back I did place a deposit for a Hybrid at a Dealer in my hometown of Kingman. Seven weeks and they could not produce a car for me. Every time I would call or visit, they were great making up excuses. I would recommend this dealership for anyone interested in a brand new, or used vehicle. I do not think you will be disappointed. They also a pet friendly. My little shelter dog had a great time spending the morning at Anderson Toyota.

I could not imagine taking my car anywhere else but Anderson Toyota. The service department is great, and Jose is who sees to all of my cars needs, I just adore him. (Although the whole staff is stellar.) They have a beautiful sitting area with phone plugs w/USB. I can conduct business while I'm waiting. The area for children has foosball, air hockey, an arcade style video game, and a two hoop basketball shoot and cornhole? They are always accommodating they are efficient they are honest and they are good. You should see the snacks that they provide for us people who skip meals. Popcorn machine and ice cream freezer a coffee bar with coffee like snacks and a refrigerator full of drinks and nutritious snacks. Too bad I just came back from a luncheon lol So if you're looking for a good place to look at Toyotas, why would you look at anywhere else? So, if you want efficient, friendly and good service... Anderson Toyota is the place to go in Lake Havasu city

The worse experience ever, not even close to the service I received at Dodge purchased a truck, broke down on me after that repair they had the truck for a week to do a window and detail and still couldn't deliver it on time they broke the rear view mirror I can only guess if it will still have my garage opener and rear camera on it ... because they still have my truck lie after lie after lie .... I will walk or ride a bike before I ever use them again TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED Well I was right they did not put the rearview mirror with the camera view in it whole reason I purchased the truck what do use it to tow no good if I don't have a camera also on that Mirror was my garage door opener And the microphone for hands-free they said they would order it and I would bring my truck in again yet nobody will answer my phone calls today go figure I'm not going away I'm getting what I paid for better get on it

5/4/2022 In September 2021 I moved to Lake Havasu and decided it was time to sell or trade in my 2004 Tacoma. I started to search for another Toyota and found Anderson's. I was contacted by a Tom O'Shaughnessy of Anderson Toyota, I wasn't yet ready, but he hung in there until I was ready to shop. As fate has it a young man was interested in purchasing my Tacoma so the next day I went to Anderson Toyota and asked to speak to Tom O'Shaughnessy or his Sales Manager. Bottom line this was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. My first Toyota was a Tercel stick shift and has great gas mileage. I then was hooked on Toyota vehicles. I have had a total of 4 Toyota's and now I was going to purchase my 5th and final Toyota. Normally I would purchase a brand-new vehicle but this time I purchased a used vehicle. It was the right fit and sold at a price I could afford. Without going into further detail, I recommend Anderson Toyota. I wish I could explain what makes them so special, but they are. The best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle and this time it was a used vehicle that was detailed to the core and appeared brand new. Only 46,502 miles. I am pleased and love my "new" Toyota.

Just experienced the best car purchase ever!! My son bought his first car and the salesman Enrique was top notch!! Anderson Toyota really provides superior customer service!! It was a great experience from beginning to end and my son walked away with a beautiful truck! Every person involved was friendly and made sure he understood everything and didn't feel pressured. Thank you for providing him such a great experience!!!

Went to Anderson today and am glad I did. Have been to two other outfits and I knew I had a bad shock in the rear right. Neither caught. But Anderson did. They were thorough and competent and got the job done in reasonable time. They also did my 60K service. And fairly priced as well.

This place is a joke. I called them looking for a 4Runner over a month ago. They told me they had one coming in a month that was what I was looking for. We took the time to drive from our other home in San Diego to get a quote for our trade in and get the numbers on the vehicle. We were given the details of the car and sticker price and the tentative date it would arrive at the port. A few days after the tentative date I called to check in. It had not arrived yet. But they wanted to dial in pricing and get the documents going. I then noticed a $1800 additional charge for dealer add ons. It was 3 items. One of which was already on the vehicle and the other two I didn't want and were WAY over priced. I told them to remove them from the quote since the vehicle hadn't arrived yet and those items were not yet added. I was told they would not remove any of it because it was extra profit for the vehicle. After I had already agreed to pay full sticker! So now I have lost a full month waiting on a vehicle that was supposedly mine only to find out after the push back on the add ons they took a deposit from someone else. Shady as can be. I know it's tough times right now and new cars are scarce, but trying to gouge another $1800 for window tint is ridiculous when you're already getting full sticker. I now wouldn't buy a car from them if I was stranded. Greed will come back to haunt this place when the supply chain is back at full strength....
