“Today was just an oil change but I have been in for several different issues and lake Havasu Auto Care has always completed everything to my satisfaction. They will always be my go to for Auto servicing. Easy to schedule and done when they say it will be.
Thank you!”
“This review is based on one appointment for my Diesel Ram 2500 HD. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Jim and Robinson Automotive! It can be hard when you're traveling and don't know area auto shops. Based on all the great reviews for this place and their overall high rating I went here for my an oil change, various filters, etc., but ended up with the completion of my 90g maintenance schedule a this place was so thorough. Jim communicated well, took good care of me, and was spot on his estimate. The whole interaction and service to my truck were great!”
“Thanks for all the Porsche Transaxle service, parts and advice over the years. Keep up the good werks, the industry needs you! Roger and crew great to work with.”
“My Jeep YJ has been into Pavement Optional twice. Each time the repair was completed perfectly and on time. The Owner knows Jeeps and this is my new to go place in Lake Havasu. I would recommend it without hesitation.”
“JD is the man! This guy is the best in town by a mile. My truck had multiple issues with the rear differential that another mechanic could not diagnose so I brought it in to JD's and he knew exactly the problem and fixed it. JD spent time explaining everything he had to do very thoroughly and was very helpful and honest through the whole thing. If your having issues with your vehicle take it to JD's you will not be disappointed.”
“I brought my Suburban in for an oil change, brakes, and rotors. Chad was great to work with—he took the time to explain everything, provided helpful information, and did a fantastic job. My Suburban is running like a champ now. I’m already reaching back out to have a few of his additional recommendations completed. Really appreciate the great service from Chad and the entire team. Highly recommend!”
“Best transmission shop in Havasu! My F-150 was making a noise and I was worried it was the transmission. Get In Gear checked it out right away and it was just a bushing. Super fast, honest, and friendly service — no upselling. And they're bilingual! If you're in Lake Havasu and need transmission work, go here first.”

“When your child breaks down moving across the country and you are states away, these are the kind of people you want to find. They took time with my son’s unannounced tow to their shop and got him back on the road and this mom feeling rest assured that things were ok. Very blessed with a blind google search scrambling for help. Thank you!!!”
