My non-smoking room had such an extreme strong smell of cigarette smoke that my asthma was irritated and I struggled to sleep due to the smell. The price was really great and there was a decent size refrigerator and a microwave in the room. When I opened the door a cockroach ran across the floor. It wasn't a sewer cockroach but the little kind. The bed was incredibly soft and had a waterproof are proof protectable cover over it but there were holes in the cover. The sheets were very clean and did not have stains.
Rooms: Very large spacious room. The room that I was in was handicapped capable and had a very large bathroom that would be very easy accessed by someone in a wheelchair.
Walkability: This hotel is right by the town center of lake Havasu. There is beautiful restaurants and fun little shopping areas very close by, probably less than a 5-minute stroll.

It is decent for the price but would not pay more for it. Plus: new devices that work fine (micro wave, refrigerator, air conditionor.). Comfy bed and clean room. Minus: no late night checkins, limited outlets, the bathtub is cracking, the water tasted slightly off, spotty wifi, ice machine broken, no room service during stay (I didn't care but can be annoying).

My room had roaches and they refused to refund after hiding from my emails for two days.
Rooms: The bathtub was chipped and had a roach in it.

Was actually a great place to stay for the price. Wasn’t sure about staying here after reading the reviews but it turned out to be a great place at a terrific price. Was a little out dated but room was nice, clean and quiet. A/C worked fantastic. Great central location to everything. Gentlemen at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.

Was trying to book a room for my friends a couple minutes ago but the guy on the phone was so rude and in a horrible mood ??♀️ that I’ve decided to not book a place for my friends there anymore.

This place is disgusting never stay here!!!!!! Dead bed bug in the shower trashed furniture, drapes hung up with zip ties! Dirty carpet run down! Never stay here !!!!

The second we checked in, we got to the room after the front desk associate didn't know what he was doing (not his fault cuz he's new) and immediately saw a cockroach run across the bed. We asked for a different room or a discount, and they gave us a different room (after the clerk called his manager and claimed he didn't see anything and told her "that's what the guest said/saw apparently" right in front of me). We get to the new room and the floor is stained and the bathroom looks like a crime scene. Do not stay here. Also the smoke detector in the room does not work. Disgusting and could not sleep because I was worried about bugs. Save yourself the money
