I just have to say we recieved the most amazing service tonight from Jesse. We couldnt port our phones over and he sat for almost 3hrs and helped us and worked on it until it was done. All while helping other customers and doing inventory. It was a really frustrating issue and he never once made us feel like a burdem or like he didnt want to gelp us. Thank you Jesse fir going above and beyond to help us.

Jesse provided excellent customer service to me when I made my purchase. Being from the old school, I find it intimidating at times when I need to ask extra questions. I bought a phone from the same place 4 years ago and the service tech had no patience with me. I contemplated whether I wanted to go back there. People need to know that we older folks want to learn this stuff. We didn’t grow up with all this technology. Jesse made me very comfortable. He took the time to explain a lot of stuff to me and I appreciated it.So, kuddos to Jesse!!Very nice young man!!

To the owner. You just showed me you’re not involved in your business, you didn’t read my review and then commented thanks for the good review? Ic you would have read my review you would have seen issues. SMDH. You have a guy lying to customers and just condoned it! What’s wrong with you? I think lying to customers is a huge red flag. I will forever bad mouth your stores, when you buy things you want to be lied to?? I await your response.

We are from out of town and while my wife was taking Christmas photos, she must have closed her phone without getting out of the photo mode. When she reopened her phone it started directing her actions by a voice mode. She could not redirect it and could not find anything in the settings. The next day we went into the nearest phone store, this location, an even though we were not their customer the young man that greated us took over. Within minutes he found out that the phone somehow got into a speaking mode for a blind person; funny !! He disabled that mode and would not even charge us for his service. If you are a resident in this city, this is where you want to do business ; very kind and professional !! Thank you to the young man at this Verizon store.

Gave me wrong information, had me buy a new charger. Did not solve the problem. Had to go to a 3rd store to get a new tablet. Thinking of changing companies .. very rude service.

I arrived when they opened, and was soon greeted by Frank. I explained that my phone had gotten wet, and wasn't working. He explained the various options, and within the hour, I had a new phone (with all of my photos, apps, etc. from the old phone, a free Pixel watch, and some upgrades to my service for right around $300.00. Frank was very professional and patient with me during the setup process. This was my second great experience at this store in the past couple of years.

Felipe was super helpful, friendly and informative! He helped me switch everything from my old phone to my new phone and helped with my screen and camera lense protectors! Overall, a great experience. And I went at the perfect time to where I didn’t have to wait.

My sales representative was a young man name, Frank very knowledgeable. Very patient with this 75 year old came away, knowing how to operate my phone and update things that I needed to.
