If I could give negative stars I would. The service is horrible. They're incredibly understaffed and unprepared. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I usually don't do these reviews but this store has the rudest employees this woman kept following me around like I was gonna steal something and when I would look at her she would pretend she was straightening out whatever was close by in a shelf it's creepy an racist from what I seen I was the only person of color in there so that means I steal to Walgreens employees .

My pharmacist Prerana is amazing! She is always willing to go up and beyond to help me out and get me taken care of. The staff are always smiling and glad to help! This Walgreens is very busy and somehow make things work with a smile!

I hate this place and will be moving my prescriptions after today. So u have to wait in a line in the drive thru for over an hour and your car number three! I have had on many occasions where a doctor put a prescription in for me and I gave them two to three hours to fill it, sit in a 45 min line just to be told I need to call it in and they need me to come back in another 45 mins. I literally drove around the building and sat in line again. They are rude and act like it's my fault they can't be faster. I called yesterday had to be on hold for 1 hr and I was the third caller. Talked to a lady that said it was on hold because a allergy..but it was a z pack and nothing to be allergic too. She then stated that she didn't know what to tell me but they would try to get it ready. When I asked what time they closed she said 5 but online and even the recording says 10. She told me they would be closed and if I didn't like it I could transfer pharmacies..... no reason why they are closing or any alternative. So here I sit. In line car number three and I been here since 9 and it's 9:52 and still not moved. I'm going to be late to work because of the super slow workers.

VERY rude. Bad customer service and bad attitude. I politely requested a refill of boxed eye drops and was rewarded with a curt answer that she was very busy and that it would be at least 24 hours before I could pick it up. While I understand that there are other customers who also need prescriptions, this refill required nothing more than reaching for a box of eye drops already prepared. If nothing else, a more professional response would be appreciated. I will take my business elsewhere.

If they had an option for 0 stars that's what I would give it. The wait times are ridiculous, they don't fill your prescription in the time they tell you they will fill it in. They lack customer service... very rude to their customers. It's let down after let down.

waiting in line drive up is way too long. plus, all prescriptions weren't ready because they dont have enough pharmacists to handle the infux of winter visitors

The pharmacist Maria A stated to me that it was none of my concern that she questioned my daughters dosage the ER prescribed. Delayed her medications she needed immediately for over a day. Never called me the customer to tell me but then stated they were magically out of the medication. Why would you question a dosage id you don't have the medication? To say the ER didn't get back to her- but when I the customer called I got right through and now the ER is trying to fix the issue. And why would you not call the customer so they could go somewhere else. She then preceded to tell me "she cannot care about the wellness of people coming through their pharmacy because they are a very busy pharmacy" SHE does not care about the people coming through her pharmacy. Placing complaints on her license for unethical standards of care.

Pharmacy staff forces you to take a COVID test by walking through the drive through. It's 117 degrees outside, please go stand on the black top where there is no shade cover, since for some unknown reason the test that you are taking cannot be given inside. Makes a lot of sense. Well done Walgreens, well done.

Went through the drive thru to get some important medication. One car ahead of me and it took an hour and a half to get my medication! A car pulled up next to us in the other part of the drive thru, got their medication before they even acknowledged us and asked how "they could help us" I am absolutely outraged by how unprofessional and uncaring the drive thru is, and I will never ever come back. It is too hot to be sitting in the heat.

Horrible pharmacy.. don't waste your time go to a real pharmacy this pharmacist Perlina think she is God.. she plays games with your life.. literally holding medications for days she should be reported.. so unprofessional .. she yelled at so many customers.. she needs to retire..

Today is 2/15/22... it's now 10 PM ..... Worst customer service I have ever encountered at any store.... period. I went to the drive thru at 3:10 pm this afternoon... only one lane open... at least 9 cars in front of me. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes and I was still 5 cars back... I left without my prescriptions. When I got home I started calling them.... once at 4:30, again at 6:30, then 8:00 and then again at 8:56..the last call I was on the phone for over an hour and then the store closed... my call was never answered. So I am still without my prescriptions that are ready... blood pressure is one of them and I have COPD and no inhalers now for over a week. I have two more prescriptions waiting in the que and I have no idea if they have even been looked at but I know they haven't been processed. Their answering machine is out of date with invalid information in both the store side and pharmacy side. It's like the store has imploded on itself. I will have to switch pharmacies because I can't be without medications.
