Angelique L. at this branch is fantastic! My wife and I, today, secured an additional savings account with her. Angelique was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and was very clear on everything she explained. Bankers like Angelique L. keep us with Wells Fargo.

I've been using this branch for a few years and definitely have my share of experiences here. However, I needed to open a new business account and I ended up with an appointment with Samantha DelBello. My experience with her changed everything I hated about going into the bank. She got things done quickly and effectively. Yes, it's kind of a long process to open a business account especially with all the extras I needed but she didn't miss a beat. My whole experience was friendly, professional, respectful, no b.s., and no waiting. I appreciate the perfect service I received at Wells Fargo, Lake Havasu from Samantha and wasn't going to miss the opportunity to speak up about it. Thank you Samantha!

Nothing good about this bank, call them at 928 453 1888 and a recording comes on that says, "Bankers at this location are not available to take your call". Absolutely, NO customer service!! I needed service so I e-mailed our business banker and his e-mail bounced back to me, so I called him, no answer no message machine. I then contacted another business banker, at the same location, same thing happened e-mail bounced back to me, no answer no message machine. We are in the process of changing banks and will NOT tolerate a business entity that does NOT provide customer service.

Quite possibly the worst bank in Lake Havasu, can't even return a phone call after 5 days in a row. If you want to withdraw a large sum from your account, they stonewall you as if they spent it and it's not there anymore.

Really disappointed in my experience today. I waited in the drive through line for 47 minutes to get quarters. Lake Havasu water is not safe to drink. I need change to fill my water jugs. Given the current circumstances, and given that the inside was closed, I asked if they could make an exception and they said no. Had I known I couldn't get rolled coins in the drive through, I absolutely wouldn't have even gotten in the line. I realize the lines are long because of the Covid-19 pandemic, so after having waited for 13 minutes shy of an hour... one would think they could get a roll of quarters to me! I've had my account for 19 years and this was a frustrating situation. Everyone is taking precautions and making exceptions these day, it's clear Wells Fargo doesn't care about their clients.
