Michaels is a store where customers can find everything to create anything, with expansive craft assortments. The Laveen branch is described as always clean and well stocked. Staff at the store are consistently noted as excellent, very friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing great customer service. They take time to help customers find items, offer suggestions, and are never rushed. Specific services like the in-house framing are highlighted as a particular pleasure, with framers helping to choose the perfect frame and matting. While the store is noted as small with not a lot of specialty yarns, it offers party supplies like balloon inflation and decorations. Many customers express appreciation, stating it is their go-to store and that they will travel back because they love the service.
Went in for Halloween arts and crafts with my kid over the weekend and the lady who handles the class was amazing and so friendly! We really enjoyed being there

Store was not at all busy. We had trouble finding an employee. Once we did, they were helpful and polite. Large portions of the store were empty. Not sure if this is normal or if we caught them between seasonal items.
