They wait for you to arrive to start making your food( I did it like an hour before arrive), and they make you wait for about an hour at the place to deliver your food.

I went there on a Monday to eat. It took 2 hours to get food. It was busy, and they were significantly understaffed. The food was slightly cold, and I was disappointed. There were no utensils and a dirty restaurant that night.
