This branch has no walk-in concept. They allow their employees sit idle but they wont help walk-in customers. Reviews here can tell you a lot, rating didn’t surprise me at all. This branch either should be closed or the manager should be fired to let this branch go la la land.

Chase is garbage always having to prove my identity if not then they're constantly turning my card off making me have to get a new one when I dont want a new one. I've been with chase for 4 years
