“My situation is complicated by the age of my rig (1990). But I can tell by Compu-Tech's handling of my case, they truly believe in what they do. I'm pleased so far.”
“I use the 24th St & Buckeye location for my professional and personal vehicles. The customer service and attention to detail are unparalleled. I highly recommend this shop!”
“Great customer service. Showed the entire process of how the repairs would go down for our truck & even gave us a tour of the entire shop. Great communication & service!”
“I can’t say enough about Ivan the owner’s integrity. He only does what is necessary on the car. He also is very kind. The price is incredibly fair. Additionally, I’ve never had to wait long for my car to be taken care of which is wonderful!”

“This place is great! Always have peace of mind when I have to take my car in for work knowing it is in good hands. They are always extremely transparent and do not try to take advantage of their customers. The only place I will take my car.”
“Phenomenal service from start to finish. Went in for an oil change and tire repair, was there less than an hour and my car is running smoothly. Excellent customer service, Bernie made me feel welcome and treated me like family. My new go to car repair shop!”

“I had a flat tire on a brand new car. First time calling Virginia Auto Service, as they’re nearby to my house. They got me in same day, found a screw in the tire, patched it for a very reasonable price and I was back on the road that evening. Michelle up front is wonderful!”
“I began with Forced Air Technologies doing basic suspension parts installations for my Mitsubishi, then a fix for a recurring power steering line leak (to my surprise, Robert actually fabricated an improved PS line for that and it hasn't been a problem since). Then he fixed the rear subframe camber adjustment tabs that had worn down (a poor design) with some creative welding.
Then this past August, I brought Robert my turbo Integra that has had severe summer cooling problems since the initial build in 2008, to the tune of destroying the original engine due to heat cycling. The shop that originally built and maintained it was never able to solve this problem, even with aftermarket radiators, fans, fluids and venting.
I'm adamant about keeping AC and Robert was adamant that the problem was the stacking of the intercooler, AC condenser and radiator behind one another, and that separating them for individual airflow, while upgrading the radiator and fans, was the key. He recommended positioning a half size AC condenser side-by-side with a half size, double-thickness radiator (contrary to what radiator designers recommend: double-thickness but with full width being vital). As the turbo was nearly touching the AC condenser, he also recommended repositioning the turbo slightly by cutting and rewelding the manifold flange to create a bit more space from the radiant heat source.
I decided to trust Robert and I'll be damned if he wasn't right. While running at the high end of safe this September, the engine never reached the dangerous temps that it had in the past 16 years. For the first time, I can drive it in the summer and it doesn't go into limp mode or risk engine damage. A few days after I picked it up, Robert called me to check on the results. That's uncommon. I now have a more projects lined up for him.
Robert's knowledge, competence and customer-oriented professionalism continue to impress me with each visit. From regular maintenance to systems design and fabrication, Forced Air Technologies is THE place in Phoenix, AZ.”
“The hospitality was good the service was quality it was done in a timely matter not too expensive I like two guys and I like shop a very convenient location for me thank you”
“I called Sal with a shaky steering wheel after a six hour drive from California. He was immediately helpful, and ended up assisting me in replacing two tires. He’s hospitable, friendly, and fair! Highly recommend going here for any car issues! My boyfriend even got to pin on the map where he is from!”
“I’ve taken my car to this shop twice- once for brakes and once for AC and ignition. Both times they’ve been able to identify the issue quickly and repair fast. It can be so intimidating to take a vehicle in as a single woman, and they could not be more helpful. I always google the average cost of repairs, and I know they’re giving me a fair price. Couldn’t recommend more.”
“I had a great experience with Xpress! The team was professional, honest, and efficient. They explained the issues with my car clearly and gave me a fair estimate before starting any work. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected, and it’s been running smoothly ever since. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can really trust, but this one definitely earns it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and quality auto service.”
“Went to a shop to recharge my BMW. New to the area I just went and did a FREE inspection. AC wasn’t blowing cold and was quoted $400+ to do a drain and recharge. $500+ later was told by the other shop it would cost $3000 to replace a condenser and AC unit.
My coworker advise me to get a second opinion from Johnston Automotive and I did. $230 later my AC was blowing cold and fixed. Johnston's Automotive knew what they’re doing. I will bring all of my other cars to them for honest and reliable work. Don’t sleep on this shop. Stop looking elsewhere and make a call. You won’t regret it.”
“Joe and his team were amazing! Most affordable pricing in the valley and they are very upfront and honest about what your car does or does not need. I will be coming here for all my vehicle servicing!”
“Jeff has the customer’s best at heart and wants longevity for your car! Jeff and Keith are great! Super friendly! There is a cool old school arcade game in the lobby and cute dogs <3”
“I have used Xtreme Auto Body & Paint at least 12 times for my cars and my son's cars for over fifteen years. I have always been very happy with their work and prices. I drive all the way from Cave Creek, but it is worth it. The first car was my son's KIA, after several places said to junk it because of frame damage and lots of damage. Manual fixed it and we drove to California a few times and it rode like new. I have had my 2011 Ram Truck fixed and painted about four times. I had complete paint jobs and minor repairs on my 1971 VW Bug, my 1950 Ford Woody wagon, and my 1973 Mercedes SL450 painted. They looked perfect. I had my 2017 Ford Edge with major damage and my son's VW Jetta fixed and totally repainted. They looked perfect. I have recommended Manual to several friends who used them and were happy with the results.”
“Russ has been fixing our family BMW’s and Mercedes Benz’s for well over 10 years. He’s extremely honest and open with diagnosis and lets you know what needs fixing immediately or what could wait. He’s kept us on the road safely at a fair price. One Saturday before a 18 hour road trip to drop my daughter at college he stayed open late on a Saturday to fix a coolant leak on her car and we were back on the road the same day!! Go see Russ he’s the best!!”
“God fearing People that truly has Their Customers best interests at heart and does excellent work, My is running like a champ so far!!!!!THANKS and may GOD Continue to Bless Your Shop and Family!!!”
“AMAZING SERVICES!! I can’t thank this family owned business enough for taking care of my ‘04 Ford Ranger. They are meticulous and honest in their craft .
Roberto, Jose and Veronica did an outstanding job. They even assisted me with the arduous task of working with my extended warranty company AND TRUST ME when I say that in of itself was SO much less stressful on me..
Thank you CopperState Transmission family. I truly couldn’t be more grateful and I am recommending to everyone.”
“Was looking for a good reliable mechanic and tried Scott's! They jumped on my truck the same day and was fixed and back on the road in a hurry! Nice folks to deal with and fair prices! Looks like I found my mechanics!”
“Took my older vehicle for a major leak we weren't sure if it was going to be the filler tube ended up being a seal in the back tighten up some bolts and sealed it also fixed my shift linkage and filled it up. The gentleman on front at the front desk who I believe is the owner took on the job personally is a beautiful person didn't even charge me a full hour. Highly recommend this shop. Fair honest and good work.”
“I work in central Phoenix and needed some help on several issues. I used Google to find a place nearby and read the reviews on 4K. Finding a mechanic you can trust and like is hard and I have had horrible success in the past. I brought my car in to Zack at 4K and he was very good at communicating with me and keeping me informed and explaining everything that needed to be done. I did my price research on what I needed done in advance and 4K was very fair and fast which made working with Zack even better. Zack sent a detailed invoice of work via text and email which made everything very understandable. He was transparent about certain work needing to be done and not needing to be done. I will continue to rely on 4K for help whenever I need it. I don’t write many reviews but I highly recommend them to anyone who might be frustrated by their current mechanic.”

“They were very knowledgeable and even though it took 2 weeks to get it going they kept me informed of what was going on . I felt satisfied and it's still running. Great friendly staff”
“I recently worked with Miguel at Sammy's Auto Service, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. My Jeep needed extensive work, including a new engine, and as a woman, I was initially apprehensive about being taken advantage of by auto shops.
From the very start, Miguel treated me like family--like a brother or cousin who truly had my back. He quickly earned my trust, took the time to do his homework, found the best prices possible, and clearly explained every issue along with my options.
Thanks to his honesty, professionalism, and kindness, I now have a mechanic I can truly depend on. I highly recommend Sammy's Auto Service--they've earned a loyal client for life!”
“Petes is a very professional and polite and their services are top notch. They have taken great care of me and my 1994 Ford f150. Always fast and done right the first time. I would recommend them to everyone transmissions is what they do.
THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!”
“I would have done Zero if this platform would allow it. But Ken and Mark changed my perception. Let me preface this by saying I have car shield warranty, I have one car and I am a single Father with 2 kids. Here's what happened... I was having transmission issues and I took it into them. Ken said he can fix it and would be willing to reach out to car shield and take care of all that. He was able to get all claim information required by them and they approved my transmission repair. Instead of getting a rebuilt transmission like car shield recommended he told them to just rebuild my current transmission, they agreed and paid. Here's where it gets phucked up for me. They got paid in July like approximately the 19th 2024. The job was only supposed to take 4 days. Now, I'm a reasonably patient dude so I gave it 2 weeks before I started asking about my car. I was then given a few different stories or had to piece the story together. Ken told me they had to fire staff due to them stealing and those fired staff members took all of the bolts and screws for all of the transmissions they had in the shop and mixed them together. He also said that his main transmission guy was out of the country (Mexico) for a funeral and not sure when he'd be back. I had a rental from car shield but it was only covered for 2 weeks. I did feel bad about their situation since Ken was so upfront. At the same time this is a business we're not homies so wtf that got to do with me, figure it out. Anyway, I decided to give it another 2 weeks. Cut to 3 weeks later, still no car and rental now returned for a week. I'm walking to the grocery store 2 times a day cause my kids arent going to go without. Have y'all ever tried carrying frozen foods or dairy back home in 100+ degree weather? It's not fun, especially when it's a 35 minute walk. Anyway as you can imagine I'm getting a little ticked off. I call them and now they tell me they sent my transmission to another builder to get it done. I tripped cause they moved my shyt without telling me first. Anyway, whats done is done and they are obviously doing everything in their power to get my shyt fixed. So I gave it another week and when I called back. I was told the replacement part was no good so they had to order another. I went in and Ken took me to the part and showed me what he was talking about, it made more sense. He said it's hit or miss with those parts as I believe they had to order another one after that 2nd one. So I'm satisfied with this answer and I let another week go by and then I go in the shop. Me and Mark had some words but also Mark was straight forward and instead of saying ill have it next week like all the other times. He said he honestly didn't know a time frame. I tripped and told him to give me a rental because I have 2 kids to pick up from school and I'm getting groceries for them everyday because I don't have a car to get a weeks worth of stuff. He couldn't help me due to liability....
THE TURN AROUND ...
Ken called me that next week and said he will loan me his personal car until mine is done he also said He'd waive any fees for me just because of the inconvenience. He kept his word on both of those!!! Cut to 3 weeks later I got my car back. This was just a few days ago. So I asked about the warranty and I was told it's covered for 3 years. I am only hoping i don't have to use the warranty. But if I do, I'll be sure to leave a review on how that was handled. All in all, if their builder/builders are back or they have new ones I'd do business with them again. I think a lot of their situation was due to circumstance. They recently purchased the business this year and inherited someone else's problems. Maybe me being that "problem customer" helped them to Guage where they have opportunities at. Which would probably be to have a loaner car or a contract with a rental car company and good workers to ensure the job is done on time. Thanks Ken and Mark”
“It was hard finding a transmission shop that I could trust. When it comes to any automotive repair shops, I'm always hesitant, because when it comes to a shop, they try to up sell and try to screw you over. But with Jerad with Autotech transmission made me feel at ease.. and he was straightforward and honest on what he found out with my vehicle and he rebuilt my transmission to my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan. He got it done in a timely manner. I'd recommend this place to my friends and family and he definitely will get my future business if something were to happen with my transmission again.”
“My very first time there and i was highly impressed, took care of my every need without me having to ssk for it, didnt try to upsell me or sell me something i didnt need, told me what to look out for and what they noticed just from looking and quick examinations,i will not be going anywhere else in the future.”
