Great experience! Very clean and safe facility with personal entry code and lots of cameras. We stored our travel trailer here for 3 months at a very good rate (got a special deal on one of the longer spots). We will be back!

Just took my RV back from a camping trip! Thought I secured all the outside cabinets. The next day I got a phone call from Michelene at the office telling me my storage cabinet was open. She closed it but couldn't lock it. I went right down and checked, nothing was missing! Locked it up!!! This is why I have stored my trailer there approximately 2 years and will continue too! Great place with people that watch out for your RV!!!! Get down there and get you a spot!!!! Thank you Michelene and I apologize if I miss spelled your name!

Really great experience here when we needed to park our travel trailer for three months while visiting Phoenix. Staff is very accommodating and friendly in arranging our spot before we arrived and they made it very easy to interact with them and the rates were very reasonable. Definitely coming back

Storage units are rat infested. Been renting a unit for almost four years, paying $85 a month, only to discover last weekend that all my belongings have been destroyed by rats. The unit and all my belongs were covered in rat droppings and pee. The smell is awful. Contacted management and they just shrugged it off. He tried to insinuate that I must have food in the unit. There was absolutely no food or anything like food in the unit. I spoke to a couple other tenants who were around that day and they have the same issue and received the same response from management. There are rat traps and random rat droppings and pee puddles all around the facility so there is no way that management did not know there is an issue. Yet, they failed to notify tenants of the infestation and give them a chance to check their belongs or remove them. Instead, they ignored it until people’s possessions were beyond saving.
The storage owners position is that they are not liable and you are responsible for carrying your own insurance on the storage room. But failing to notify existing and prospective tenants of the infestation IS the responsibility of the storage facility. You are paying to store your goods in a clean, dry, secure space. This is the only service they are providing. They are required to maintain the space. By allowing rats to incumber the space they are in breach of contract. Rats carry a variety of diseases and can cause damage to personal property. This would deem the space neither clean nor secure and constitutes a health hazard. The property management should be doing routine maintenance and repairs. If they fail to do this then it shows negligence on their behalf. Rather than notify tenants of the infestation, they are continuing to collect rent on units each month and allowing personal possessions to be destroyed. Many of the items I had stored there were family heirlooms and of sentimental value. These things cannot be replaced.
I hope this will save others from having their belongings destroyed by renting a unit from this facility. And, if you already have a unit at this facility, please check on your belongings.

I only helped a friend pick up stuff here, but the grounds seemed very secure. Also, it was clean and the inside of the storage units were at a comfortable temperature for a storage unit.
