I just got finished with the easiest, "quick"est notary I have ever needed. Dee was an absolute joy to work with. She was very patient and very professional. I would highly recommend her for all of your Notary needs! Thanks again Dee! You are the best!

Terrible bank. Can't believe I just opened an account for my son and closed another one from a better credit union. I thought it would be best to have easier accessibility since the credit union branches are limited. I deposited a check yesterday for a nice amount and now it's on hold. The teller or bankers can't tell me why or who to call at BofA. This is my money! They don't care...at all.

Been calling since Monday and now it's Friday no one picks up the phone ... my debt card got stuck in a atm ... it was the weekend .. no one helped me out when I called the number on the arm machine ... please tell what I am supposed to do ?

This place is always busy and only has 2 tellers working even during rush hours. I try to avoid this location but it's the only location that's close. Just FYI avoid Friday evenings!

Horrible service horrible lines and they don't care. Plenty of staff working in the offices doing nothing while they make one teller help 10 plus customers in line.

If I could put zero stars I would. They never have enough tellers they closed the drive-through yes those lanes could be utilized forATM services that are always backed up by people doing too many transactions.

Terrible service and probably the worst BOA I've seen. Always a long wait and due to only having one teller 90% of the time. No drive thru and always have 2 or 3 people just watching. How do you run a bank with one damn employee working. This branch is the sole reason I closed my business account. My personal are not far from being closed as well. This branch is so sad they should do everyone a favor and just close down already.

We just moved to this side of town and this is now our branch. Every time I come in no matter what time or day there is always a line and only one teller. Here I am on a Friday around 3pm and there are 10 People in line and one teller again. We own a small business and are here several times a week. The same thing always. Long lines one teller. Always two people sitting in offices with no customers in them and the help desk person just standing there doing nothing. I love this side of town but boy do I miss my old branch. There were always several tellers lines went quick and they were always so friendly. If there was a line the help desk person or the people in offices always came out to help or apologize. One time when I was in people in line started complaining and the teller yelled at them. It was unprofessional as it was only 2 people talking about how the lines are always long and only one teller. They were not addressing her or talking out loud in general. They were having a private conversation. Clearly this seems to be an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed. Where is the manager? It just got better after waiting in line for 32 minutes the help desk girl starting helping people but she started at the back of the line with the people who just walked in. REALLY!!!! Not the people who have been waiting over 20 minutes.

This branch, like all BofA branches is horrible. They are always short staffed and the line is to the door. I have been there for one of our employees 3 times in the last 3 months and each time stood in line for nearly 20 minutes to see a teller. All other bank employees do nothing to reduce the line except say "Welcome in". I would never bank with them. Now they are not accepting cash deposits into other people's accounts unless you have a BofA account. Let me say that again... A US bank does not accept US legal tender unless you give them your business. Unbelievable what they think they can get away with.... Do not bank here for any reason.....

Brian Moynihan is unresponsive to my needs as a client. Bofa owes two estates benefits (I am the administrator). I've written two complaint letters and he is not resolving the matters for me. He is leaving it to incompetent and overworked staff; It's been months and they either don't call me back or they leave a message right before they leave for the day and then when I call back, they don't answer the phone nor call me again. I've told them repeatedly just leave a confidential voicemail, an e-mail (which they have e-mailed me in the past); My staff are hired by me to handle client matters so it's ridiculous they can't leave a detailed message. The bank owes two estates over $6,000.00 and they will not process the claims. Nor will they give me an updated status. Negligent!

Never ever using this particular branch again. One teller working with 6, 7 when I walked in, people in line with three people just walking or standing around not at all doing a dang thing. All I needed to do was deposit money but had to go inside because their machine just would not work correctly. Once nearly 30 minutes passed I was done. And by done I mean I just walked out without even completing my deposit. Highly unprofessional. Must be nice to have a job where you can just ignore customers. I wish zero stars here was possible.
