Opened acct with direct deposit and have yet to receive my card and it April..witch is strange b3cause I just started getting my monthly statements...honest o y you would think that this is a great location for a bank...except they are always understaffed or closed or having a system malfunction.See how hard it is to leave phx..but I'm determined to find a way

The bank by Litchfield Park it’s one of the worst banks I ever had to deal with. The employees say, one thing the manager says a different thing they’re never on the same pageI went in to open a business account and I end up closing it three days later, because of miscommunication between them. This bank provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their practices are questionable, unlike other banks that I've dealt with. When I escalated the issue to a manager "Erick", he appeared to be clueless about standard operating procedures. I was forced to contact Bank of America directly, and they confirmed that the bank's processes were incorrect. The bank's low average rating of one star is not surprising. It is best to avoid this bank at all cost

if i could give 0 stars i would....terrible customer service...we run a ton of money through this bank for our business and are seriously considering switching. rude incompetent entitled people are here and they need to clean house.

There is a reason this branch has a 1.8 star rating, their customer service (or lack thereof) is atrocious. Specifically Javier, who likes to play games and lie to customers. I was given a form a week prior that he refused to give me, while telling me to wait until Monday or try another branch. Absolutely a Clown ? which I let him know, but I'm sure he knows that with how he treats customers. Will be following up with a district manager to ensure my voice is heard, as this has been the absolute worst banking experience of my life. Javier claims he is a manager yet Lupita and Erick are the assistant manager and branch manager respectively, while Javiers name tag had no designated status for obvious reasons as he couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag.Also can't wait for the generic response to my review about how they care and want to fix this issue, which we all know isn't true and to save face to the public eye.

I waited 40 minutes in line to get some 100 dollar bills turned into smaller bills and there was only 1 teller. They also had the lobby doors locked and when people would try to come into the lobby for assistance, they'd pretend they couldn't hear them trying to get in and these poor people would have to leave. Just an awful experience.

If I could give this branch less than 1 star if I could!!! Always a very long wait and rude employees!!! Always a huge line and 10 employees standing around doing nothing while the 1 disgruntled agent does the work!

waited 40 min in line for them to say they don’t accept cash for deposits-after the teller asked to read the account number out loud, which I didn’t for the sake of the account owner’s privacy. She was disappointingly rude and just a terrible experience, super glad I’m at Wells Fargo! … Also, what bank closes at four when most working people work until 530/6?!

Our experience has been GREAT with this bank and the minimal staff they have to run it with. We go in once a week and the staff recognized us, and they know what we need already. When management is not busy, they go through the line with the IPAD and try to help as many people as they can. This helps the tellers with the line. The line is NOT always long, and they do their best to go as fast as they can.

I'm so tired of this bank. Only one person working the counter. The other bankers hide in the offices while the line is going out the door. I took my business to PNC Bank by circle k and Mc Donald's. This bank is going to lose a lot of customers if they keep this up.

I usually go here at night after work and after the bank itself is closed. I believe there is an atm outside and obviously the drive thru atm. Either way the atm areas are very well lit up and bright so feels very safe using either atm.
