I am not a regular customer yet to Bashas yet and I realized I needed to use a loyalty card I did not have. When I got to the register I requested to sign up for one. The cashier told me I had to sign up online using my PC or phone. I did not have my phone with me so I put the sale items and everything else I purchased back and left the store without a purchase. I have signed up for loyalty cards at the register in every store I have ever gone to and as a result of the poor customer service I experienced I likely will never return to Bashas. Every store has similar prices and sale items, maybe a week or two apart, but I will shop these stores instead.

Didn't honor GoodRX prices, which they are contractually obligated to do so. Wasted my time when I was needing to fill a prescription.

i called the store three times, wanting the bakery. Finally I was transferred to the Deli. I use to love this store. Can't believe the service. Now I have been on hold for 6 minutes. Finally got the bakery . The lady did apologize. She is working by herself.

Usually I love this place and the butcher. But the butcher here for some reason doesn't like to get off his phone or help a customer out with any service. Twice now I've come to see the same guy asking for the same thing for him tell me he can't cut some meat for me. I would understand if there was a line or if he was maybe busy cutting other meats but for a guy sitting on his a** looking at his phone, you would think doing your job might help your day go by quicker.

Every time I come to this bashas I leave asking myself "why do I come here?" Why in gods name would you put in MORE self checkouts when you couldn't manage them before. At least when you had 3 you had someone cover it if assistance was needed. Now you have 6 and not a person in site, ever. Today waited for 5 minutes. Would have been more but at the 5 minute mark I just left. Ever since what seemed to be a manager change the store has really suffered, especially the service. The current manager has absolutely zero customer service skills so it makes sense the rest of the store has joined his lead. But at least my question was answered today. The answer is I won't be coming back again.

Absolutely refuse to put chompies keto bread on the shelf that has a label for the product. Customer service doesn't even respond to my complaints about the issue any more. Bread aisle is usually in trashed. Value packs of meat are excessive. Some of the newer cashiers look more like they show ld be working somewhere not seen by customers

Moved to this area a few months ago, this is my closest grocery store. The selection is minimal compared to the big Frys down the way but it's less crowded so I often stop for a quick trip. Tonight was my last stop. There were multiple customers not wearing masks and when I went to get meat to grill there was an employee, a young man (full beard) not wearing his mask while restocking. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that there are customers not being spoken too when the employees don't wear their own masks.

I'm just so glad the bakery came to my rescue for my sons 1st birthday. We threw it together last minute and the theme was " How Time Flies" airplanes! I attempted to make a cake myself the night before and failed miserably! Called them 1st thing in the morning and they had a smash cake and 24 cupcakes ready for me by 1pm! I would have understood if they couldn't being it was last minute but they pulled threw!

Unlike several people I know, I do not have allegiance to any one grocery store. I try to shop for the best prices and/or deals, without going out of my way. And today, lucky for me, the chicken thighs, steak, ground beef, and a ready to eat dish were all either on sale, or mark down 30%. Woo hoo! I saved $15.51. Woo hoo. Of course, I'd saved $38.66 by not buying anything at all. LOL. I usually find what I want when I shop here. However, one thing that has changed since I started shopping here in 2005, the store has lost its small town feeling. And, many of the cashiers, while polite, lack the friendliness of a true hometown store.

I wouldn't even give them one star if it was an option. I live very close to here and have tried it twice, both times being horrible. Their produce selective is either under ripe or gross and over ripe. Customer service is terrible. I like self check out so I can bag things how I put them away but self check out doesn't work the machine is outdated, causing errors, which take 10 minutes to be helped. Last time I walked out mid checkout and will never go back. The store is outdated and depressing overall.

Nice clean store. Good selection of food. The low rating is for the deli counter. The people who work there are the most miserable people I've ever seen. Takes them 20 minutes to notice your standing at the counter.. I don't know if they are understaffed or they simply don't like their job.. if it's the former then Bashas can fix it. If it's the latter and Bashas can fix that too.

I absolutely cannot stand this store, they never have the items I need, it's poorly organized and if I do the self checkout it always seems like I have to wait and wait and wait for help because the computer screws up. Today there are NO CUSTOMERS and two workers near by and I still had to wait for 15 min. Fo someone to help. My mom had had the same experience. I'll be shopping at fry's the right around the corner and has better customer service, selection, and registers.
