Multiple common items were not on the shelves, I asked an employee for help I was told “I don’t know” and then they walked away. A bread vendor felt bad and ended up helping me. Then I went to the deli, They were yelling to ‘hold on’ and then blatantly ignored me. I ended up just going to another store. Real friendly bunch over here. Mind you the store wasn’t even busy when I was there.

I have shopped at this store for 14 yrs and the customer service
has declined drastically! There are
2 Mexican guys back there one is manager
who tend to ignore customers needs. How unprofessional!!
The only person who
cares about the customer is a African American man, always helpful willing to get what customer asks for. They are now putting frozen fish instead of fresh into service case, when I purchase fish I want fresh not frozen!
Bashas needs to realize Business is about customers, No Customer's No Business! They need to train their managers on customer service! I will go to stores who get it!!

1 star for being close to my house and 1 star for being open. Other than that, this store is a ghost town. There is usually no one on the floor to ask questions to. When I do find someone, they are running self-check out, the customer service counter, AND a regular register at the same time. There are more employees per square foot standing behind the Starbucks counter and the Asian kitchen, than in this entire Bashas location. Wow! I am super surprised this store isn't being robbed often because no one would know and/no one could do anything out it.
