“We picked up 5 pounds of some semi thin steak for some asada tacos we were making at home. They looked great with a little bit of marbling which is how we wanted them. They grilled up nicely after we marinated them ourselves. We didn't try any of the premade meats but they definitely passed the eye test. Small establishment and its very attentive employees. It wasn't busy when we arrived around 3:30. Typical carnicería. Didn't try the pan. I do recommend for asada and other meats. Give them a shot!”
“Great place most of the time, Have been there roughly 10 times, twice I have received tenderloin that was very poor quality. Normally, it is amazing, but when it's sub average and you have paid a premium, let's just say I remember, and it will be hard to forget. My 1st bad experience was buying there dry aged new York, I was encouraged to let them know what I thought about this new product for them, when I returned for another purchase, I felt lucky as the person who suggested I share my experience was helping me. My non positive opinion was very unwelcomed, So instead of doing the in person thing, this time I write here, 4 stars for 8 out of 10 positive experiences, Pondering now if 80% is good enough.”

“This place is an great uncle of mine pretty much. They have Best meat around better then any local store especially for the price! Great quality and great taste. I heard arlington beef is good, but no thanks.... I'm gonna go where I know where the best of the best is. Thanks Jason and Josh! Yall are like family! Straight up I'll be getting on the list again sooner rather then later when my freezer is getting low. Lol got beef for days still. Take care 5 stars!! ?”
