Christian brothers has always been good to me from the first time I ever went and this last time I had a problem with my ac and they kept up with trying everything they could to fix it and even comped a few things they tried when they finally figured out the issue they fixed it up and it was really good to go definitely my go to mechanic place! Such friendly staff too!

I asked Robert a simple question, he chose to be difficult & decided to give me a hard time, after I told him that I wanted to talk with his manager, that's when he decided that he wanted to answer my question, why couldn't you just answer my question from the start instead of being difficult with me smh horrible customer service! Get Robert out of the front before more customers end up leaving.

Not impressed, they tried to quote me almost $8000 for a new engine to solve a problem that can be fixed with some seafoam and a few oil changes, replace a filter they’d replaced only a few months ago, and tried to tell me my brake pads needed a replacement even though since the last time they’d seen my car I had a different mechanic replace them.

Have been looking for a good repair shop. Think I found it. Needed new front wheel bearings and a front alignment. Last 2 alignments at other places I had to go back due to sloppy work. Christian Bros didn’t right first time. Really happy with this place. I will return there. Friendly fast service even took me home. Wow.

Went in because AC was only blowing warm air. Revised estimate came in with over $2,400 to replace a leaking evaporator, in dash.
Approved repair work, 3 days later was told vehicle was ready.
Paid bill and drove less than a block away, huh, still blowing warm air.
Did anyone test after said repairs?
Did anyone test drive vehicle?
I am pretty sure NOT.
Went back, secondary diagnosis was now the compressor failed.
Another $800+ estimate.
Manager(?) offered to do work for $600+
I was stuck, had to have vehicle for a trip, so reluctantly I approved the next work. Of course, wondering if I even needed the first work.
No choice.
But, will never go back for service or refer these guys.
Very disappointed with the manner they do their job (guess work?).
BEWARE... you have choice and I would not choose these cats.
Especially for AC work, look at the reviews.
Is this some sort of a training facility? or simply they do not know how to fix automotive AC???

The first time I went here because I got a free oil change offer in the mail. Service was great. However, I tried to return to the business for another service to be done on my vehicle and the phone conversation to setup the appointment was terrible. Guy didn’t ask me for any info regarding my vehicle, but wanted me to pay for the parts before the service is done by clicking a link. I’ve never heard of having to pay for parts before even bringing a vehicle in to get service completed. Customer service was lacking and when I called back to cancel the appointment. Won’t be returning to this establishment.

Price gouging! $400 to replace a battery??! Unconscionable victimization of customers. My son brought his car here after he had first gone to O’Reilly where they ran a simple test to confirm his battery was not the reason his car would not start. They suggested the failure required a mechanical assessment, possibly a problem with the starter. So my son had his car towed to Christian Brothers. They did nothing but change the battery and charged him $400!!! He is young and every dollar is important to him. $400 to change a BATTERY. Highly unprincipled shop. Disgusting way to conduct business. Do NOT take your car here.

I had a mysterious rattle in my car after having work done with a different mechanic shop. I did not go to the other mechanic because they were absolutely terrible to work with and took me 4 trips for one repair that they kept doing incorrectly. When I went to Christian Brothers they provided me a free Lyft home. They drove my car and ran full diagnostics. They were unable to locate the source of the rattle and provided a Lyft back to the shop to pick up my car the next day. Because they couldn't find anything wrong they didn't charge me for anything. That's right, no fake fix, no price gouging, they waived the diagnostic fee and also the Lyft's. It was zero cost to me. I have never had such great customer service anywhere. I've also never met a more honest mechanic. Instead of some bogus repair and charge (they literally could have said anything and had me pay to fix whatever they "found") they literally waived all costs when they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. It blew my mind. Do yourself a favor and go to Christian Brothers for all your car needs. They are honest, more than fair, and have amazing customer service! 11 out of 10!!!
