I come here at least 3 times a month, early and I ALWAYS have a problem getting a 8$ wash. Even the days I go through twice and pay twice, it always gives me a problem so I have to wait. Then an employee has to scramble over when he or she could be doing something else to get the wash up and going for the day but they gotta come help me, which I very appreciate. Do better for your employees and customers please. ✌?

It's a car wash, nothing spectacular! Only gave a 1 star due to every time I have used them, The back of my car is still dirty as if no soap or even water touched it. I usually wash then vacuum, I ALWAYS have to use thier towels to "wash" the back of my car. They do have free vacuuming

We went to this car wash today and had an awesome experience! One of the employees Nathan made our day. He was very kind and helpful and we appreciated the great service! And my car is sparkling clean :)

This is in regards to the tall bald gentleman at around 9am today, 8/14/2024. I came in, one of the lanes was closed off, as I was backing up the bald fellow peeked his head out to point at the cone. I asked if he wanted me to move it, to which he shook his head yes and smiled. I asked again, to be sure, if he was ok with me moving it to go in and begin paying for my car wash. He again smiled, and shook his head as if to say yes. I removed the cone, and he came over and began berating me, telling me I should not move things that were not my own. He refused to take responsibility for apparently both of us misunderstanding each other, and our intentions. I intend to keep going back, but the past two attendants have been rude in terms of attempting to force their way or the highway with me.

Had a coupon for a 50% off oil change. However even after the coupon it will cost $88. You're telling me that Cobblestone normally would charge $176 for an oil change?
The vehicle was a VW Passat 2018 and uses 6 quarts of full synthetic.
Even the car dealerships don't charge this much.
Yes the technicians were absolutely kind, and helpful easy to speak with. But the multiple up sell attempts were crazy.

Tell the attendants not to catch an attitude just because I don’t need their help checking out.
They should ask if we need before jumping to click a preferred car wash.

There's an employee vehicle with derogatory political statement flags dislpayed in front of the business. Will do future business with companies that do not publicly advocate politics or religion.

This is such an upgrade than our previous car wash. Cobblestone gives you free wipes, and a free vacuum system to clean your car. They have a lot of different ways that clean your car inside of the wash unlike the small ones. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to save money when getting your car washed!
