This CVS is in disrepair. Parking lot is a mess. The building is a mess. Trash outside. Cant even see where thr parking lines are. Doesnt seem good.

This cvs is the absolute worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. Don't bother calling you'll be on hold forever. My dr appt was at 9:40 am and she said my prescriptions would be ready in 2 hours at the latest. It's 5 pm and they still are not ready. I have called twice and been told they'll be ready in 30 minutes, hours later they're still aren't ready. The lines always take forever. Terrible customer service.

no wait, very chill, fast service, nice peoplewhen i got my booster I didnt even feel the needle, they are very careful. dont understand the complaints about being understaffed. thats just the world we live in at the moment. why blame the people who are still working there for that? its not their fault

Specifically about the pharmacy. As of right now, I've been on hold for about 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone about a prescription I ordered on Friday. It's now Tuesday, I'm out of my meds, and still can't find out when I'll be able to get them.

This is the worse CVS in the history of CVS and they are all pretty sh&tty!They never, ever answer the phone. Ever. We kept driving to the store to get the status on prescriptions. "We're short staffed". Really? All effing day? They kept saying the doctors office hasn't called it in. In fact, the doctor couldn't get thru either and left TWO voicemails. I lost my sh&t on our 3rd trip to the store. Trying to explain my husband needs his medication! Only the pharmacist is allowed to listen to voicemail. The messages were there for 8 freaking hours. EIGHT! I raised my voice and it might have helped. Because when I drove home, less than 10 minutes away, the pharmacist was on the phone with my husband. She listened to the messages. What a novel concept!If this is a life threatening medication, insulin, heart meds, epipen. Have them filled somewhere else. Their staffing issues should not be on the backs of patients who need medication. Maybe make it policy that the pharmacist is required to check voicemail once an hour. Awful, awful, awful "service".

Sad to write this as I have been a customer for over 10 years. Rude pharmacy staff makes the few good people look bad. Pharmacist was friendly, but two of the Techs were wretched. They are currently 24-48 hrs behind, but you wouldn't know because the automated system tells you it is ready when it has not been touched. Then you go in to pick up and it is not ready and too late for them to work on it.Delayed my wife's treatment by 48hrs and told me "we are understaffed and closed early the last two nights". Had they told me, I would have sought out another option. Then, it happened AGAIN today!Moving everything to Fry's, who is cheaper and actually appreciate the business.One of VERY few negative reviews I have ever written.

I have plans to vacation in Oahu HI, 4/1/21-4/11/21, which means there are very strict requirements prior to visiting or will have to quarantine for 10 days. I went to an authorized CVS on 3/29/21, 11:52AM to be COVID 19 tested to ensure the time period was within the 72 hrs of boarding the flight on 4/1/21, 10:40AM. The test came back today, 3/30/21, with a negative test, but the "collected" time was 8:52AM, which would put me over the 72 hours of the flight to HI. This is a HUGE error! I am fearing the worst, disappointed in this type of mistake, and the local CVS has pushed me to an 800 number. Now I understand the reason TriCare no longer has a contract with them.

This was my friend today. They should be ashamed!! So I went to the CVS drive through clinic to get my 3rd Covid test. Even if I don’t have every symptom, I have to take it seriously because my body responds differently than the average person. So I pull up to the window and the pharmacy tech starts prepping my test kit and then sticks it in the tray. Me: “Can you help me with this? I’m paralyzed and I can’t reach it.” Tech: “Uhm.. there’s no way for me to just come out and hand it to you.” Me: “They did a couple months ago. I can swab it myself, I just can’t reach the tray to grab it.” **Tech walks away to ask a supervisor. Pharmacist returns.** Pharmacist: “We can’t just come out there and expose ourselves to give that to you.” Me: “What am I supposed to do?” Pharmacist: *shrugs* So I’m sitting there practically pulling myself out of my wheelchair trying to fit through my window to reach the mother f-ing test kit. By now, I’m ugly crying because I’m frustrated and apparently accommodations don’t apply to me anymore. I finally grab the kit, swab my nose, and reach for the vile that it goes in. AND I DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR OF MY CAR. At this point I’m crying hysterically and I look back at the pharmacist and tech, just PLEADING. Me: “Can I have a new vile, I dropped this one.” Tech: “No, that’s the only one we can give you. Sorry.” Hands down.. this was the most DEHUMANIZING experience I’ve ever gone through in my 10 years of paralysis. You guys want to know why I’m too proud to ask for help? THIS! This is a classic example. Just know that if I ever die from Covid-19, it’s because I refuse to EVER take a test again.

Might as well not even bother calling. You will be put on hold by someone and they will never pick back up. Happens over and over. I left my phone on speaker for over 30 minutes multiple times and they never got back on the line!
