So impressed, I had to leave a comment. Caleb helped me out this morning when I couldn't find a product I've been buying for years and years. He took the time to look up the active ingredient on the web and then found a generic product on the shelf that will do the same thing for me. His professionalism and courtesy was SUPERB. Especially for someone as young as him. Great training you have for employees, and GREAT PARENTS.

I had a fun little shopping trip at CVS until I stood at the checkout and waited as I am unable to use the automated checkouts (which were being used anyway). I waited for ages until a surly young man came and indicated I should move to the next checkout which I did. He glared at me when I suggested he smile. He lowered his eyes so I asked him to look me in the eye. He did so with utter contempt, vergin on hate, as if I was something the cat had dragged in. I really didn't want to do this shopping all over again so I continued with this disrespectful and angry young man! I tried to humour him - although it is not my place to soothe disgruntled staff where I shop! Perhaps he had just been fired or he had just received terrible news or worse, was being bullied at work. Whatever his problems, I won't darken their doorstep ever again! It used to be my Dispensing Pharmacy - but no more!

Paula and her Associate were really nice. 3/19/25 They helped us with the machines and when we were leaving, they gave us free popcorn samples. The store is clean and organized too.

I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years without a single issue or negative interaction with the staff or pharmacists. However, my experience drastically changed after the recent hiring of a new pharmacist named Clint at the 4890 North Litchfield Rd, Litchfield Park Arizona 85340.
I recently called to ask a simple question regarding my prescribed medication, which happens to be a controlled substance. To my shock, Clint began questioning me in a manner that felt more like an interrogation than a professional consultation. His tone was accusatory, and his line of questioning made me feel as though I was being profiled as someone misusing medication, despite my impeccable history as a patient and customer.
Clint’s behavior escalated to verbal aggression, and he even threatened to contact my doctor because, according to him, I was attempting to refill my prescription two days early. I calmly explained that, as a patient, I do not control when prescriptions are written or filled—I simply pick them up when they are ready and adhere to my prescribed regimen. Instead of listening or clarifying, he proceeded to hang up on me twice and canceled my pending prescription without just cause.
I have never been treated so disrespectfully by any customer service representative, let alone a healthcare professional. As someone who has endured severe chronic pain following a life-altering accident with an 18-wheeler, five back surgeries, and ongoing health challenges, this experience left me feeling humiliated, dehumanized, and emotionally distraught.
This pharmacist’s behavior not only lacked professionalism and compassion but also raised serious concerns about how other customers may be treated, especially those managing sensitive health conditions. While I understand the need for controlled substance policies, there is no justification for such hostility, lack of respect, or failure to address legitimate customer concerns.
I have reached out to CVS corporate in hopes that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Healthcare providers, especially pharmacists, play a critical role in patient care and trust. My trust in this pharmacy has been deeply shaken, and unless this issue is resolved in a fair and reasonable manner, I, along with my family and friends, will discontinue all business with CVS and its affiliates.
I sincerely hope CVS recognizes the severity of this incident and ensures that no other patient has to endure the kind of treatment I experienced.

Best pharmacy that I have ever used.
Especially Danielle. She greets me by name and goes above and beyond to help if you have any issues. Just first class service. Not just a customer but a client.

I've been reading all these horrible reviews...I guess I have been extremely lucky as I have never had a bad experience with anyone either in the pharmacy or front cashier...I would gather that having to wait for pickup at the pharmacy because of a long line could mean that there are just a bunch of us old people living in and around this CVS and this is where we go.

Pharmacy is woefully understaffed for volume. YThere is always a line and they are super slow to fill Rxs. Choose a different location or maybe a Walgreens. Just horrible. If I could transfer my rx my doc just sent I would.

The drive-through for the pharmacy is always backed up today. It was backed up seven cars in line for over 40 minutes but if you go inside, it’s just as bad. I would switch all my prescriptions over, but my insurance is not accepted with a lot of the other pharmacies. ??♀️
