I found a $400 item for $15 and several $100 items for $10 or less. Meanwhile someone in line to pay for their items was "asked to leave the store" because their friend had just shoplifted something. It's always a different and entertaining experience. Whether it's a sudden crowding around the electronics testing station, everyone in line with their item in hand. The waiting, watching in as the person ahead fries a lamp or cheers and smiles when a boom box bumps bass back to life again. The anticipation, intensity you could cut with a knife. Goodwill. Dysart location..

I found 2 pairs of identical leggings. One priced 4.99 the other 12.99. I had tons of other stuff as well. I get to the register and ask if they can do 4.99 for each since they are identical. So the cashier goes to ask a manager. Comes back and the manager marks them both to 12.99 because someone on the floor marked the cheaper one wrong!!!! So not only could I not buy the cheaper one, if I wanted too, the leggings are now double the price! Instead of them taking responsibility and admitting they marked it wrong and honoring the original tag they decided the money was worth more than the customers satisfaction. They get these items donated for FREE so honoring the lower price is the least they could have done. What are they losing other than a customer/business?

Today I get to Goodwill for their $2 Thursday deal exactly at 9am when they opened. There were numerous employees already going through the racks and pulling the $2 color of the day. I asked 3 different employees why they were pulling the sale items off the racks and taking them to the back. None of them gave me an answer that made sense. I think this is shady of them to pull the merchandise off the floor. They have already raised the prices of all the donated merchandise they have, which is fine but allow us to enjoy a sale that you advertise.

I really used to love this location party because it’s so much larger than others, but it was well organized and clean. Lately there’s stuff constantly on the floor in aisles and stuff just piled on top of each other on the shelves and I’m afraid to even touch it. I will say service was really great on this visit and every other one. I have no issues there.

I came here to retrieve a few items for my newly furnished home and while i’m in the electrical section I noticed the manager “ Juan” scolding his coworker, criticizing everything she does. The employee looked like she wanted to cry I felt terrible and gave her $20 bucks To make her day a little better. Goodwill needs to Fire Juan he’s a creep and very disrespectful please terminate him as his attitude is very bitter and his comments to that young lady were very distasteful. #Dobettergoodwill #Treatemployeeswithrespect

This particular spot seems to function primarily as an online sorting hub of some sort. The Prices alos dont If reflect the quality of the items. $25 for 1st gen Alexa their like 25 brand new on Amazon or 15 refurbished by amazone.?Many of the items available appear to be in a state of near-disrepair or lack the value to warrant a purchase. Given the standards of the area in which I reside, the selection offered falls into the realm of mediocrity. It's evident that there's a process of categorization and assessment happening behind the scenes. Notably, items such as crystal, Pyrex, china, and cast iron pans are conspicuously absent. Additionally, there's a lack of dedicated counters for jewelry. Even household goods and mixers are notably missing from the selection, with the focus seemingly being on presenting broken or subpar items.I've While some individuals might not donate high-quality items, the general tendency is to provide good items to charitable organizations.

I bought a kennel out of here that was $12. It was huge came back try to buy a very small kennel. It was eight dollars and it was like a five times smaller than the original one that I bought but I talked to management about the price axing them to come down on it they refused, and they did it with an abrupt attitude, horrible customer service, and their prices are way too high.

The store smelled of cat urine and was completely disgusting. I can tell the items have NOT been washed and with 8 employees walking around it definitely should have more than 1 check out open or at least just be more clean. Everything was overpriced. Absolutely ridiculous and will never return here again. I would rate this place a 0 if I could.

I have been to many goodwills and I have to say this one was huge. It was very organized. I like how they had a room basically for the electronics the furniture was in a different section. I do have to notate they were not completely stocked on stuff but I feel like Goodwill. It's gonna be a hit or miss. I did find an interesting book and some cute skirts. They only had one register open and for me it wasn't that bad as they were not that busy, and the cashier was friendly.

BUYER BEWARE Sold me a $100 game chair that was broken for the price I trusted it wasn’t broken. Trusted the inspectors. Later told me over the phone that I could bring it back or exchange anywhere and get my money back. I was lied to and now I’m out the money cause all they could give me was a gift card. Went to exchange elsewhere and was told to go back to exchange in the original place of purchase. I’m out $$$ and wasted gas. Thanks Goodwill you’re team needs more training.

I came to this location in the middle of the week in the afternoon and it was very clean! This has to be the largest Goodwill I've been to in the Phoenix area. The prices were reasonable and they had a wide variety of selections of electronics, shoes, and especially clothes! Although I didn't find much for myself on this particular day, I would definitely shop here again.
