We received an updated bouquet that was what we hoped to receive in the first place and we’re very happy with the arrangement. D store, while we were not thrilled with our initial arrangement that was delivered, went out of their way to fix the issue. And while the Valentine’s Day surprise was not as we hoped, they showed that they care and we did receive what we wanted after the fact. I hope the store continues to fulfill orders as promised, and as ordered. We will be sure to give them another chance at the next flower giving occasion.. Thank you!!”
