8702 W Cholla St, Peoria“I always find great stuff when i go. I refuse to donate to Goodwill after learning they sell online stuff like a Prada purse for 1, 025. So they get the really good stuff before anyone gets to see it. Not my kind of charity. Salvation army really is charity.”
“This was my first time going to this thrift shop and I had such an awesome experience. They had such a cute little shop. Everything was decorated so nice and adorable. I loved how they turned what looked like what once was a restroom into a mirror room with records in the flooring. And mirrors on every inch of the walls. Everything was at reasonable prices as well. I thought I would never leave. But I did with a cart load of items for only $40.”

15190 N Cotton Ln, Surprise“Great finds! Coffee table(selling on line for $2000) I paid $25 , wall plaque we attach mirror to, imitation plant, large beautiful bowl, black lamp, and fun picture all from this location. It's all about the hunt and the great employees!”
“Oh, do I LOVE this place!!! I’m practically a “professional” thrifter, & Hope’s Closet is the best thrift store around! They recently expanded & somehow made it even better! It is clean & organized, the prices are phenomenal, checking out is efficient, & they do a great job posting their sales & fun finds on Facebook (& probably elsewhere too!). “First Friday” is always busy, but worth it!!! Sandy, Theresa, Becky & Henry (& more…still learning names!) are so helpful & kind.I am so thankful that a place like this exists, not only for the profits that go toward a wonderful cause, but as a domestic abuse survivor myself, I really appreciate that there is a safe place for others to come, to feel seen and heard. To heal from something from which strong stigmas can be attached…it’s painful, it’s hard, and it’s exhausting to try to do on your own. Thanks to all those at Hope’s Closet for providing hope and healing to a population so desperately in need!”
“Friendly staff, seems like a nice thrift store. $4 DVDs and $8 new puzzles, nothing for me here. Doesn't seem like they get new stuff in all the time, may explain why prices seem a bit high.”

12751 W Bell Rd Ste 133, Surprise“We usually always take our "goods" to St Vincent De Paul. They turn our giveaways into cash for so many wonderful projects that help others in need. The staff at the Sun City West location were very nice and helpful in assisting us with our load of donations.”

2933 S 99th Ave, Tolleson“I like how organized this store is. I did visit early in the morning so at least I know early shoppers get best and first choice in most cases. The store was very clean also.”
“Hearts 2 Help is the BEST! They have everything you can think of from shoes, clothes, kitchen ware and golf items. The staff is always so sweet and welcoming too.”
“What a collection of many items for you to chose from. Not junk! They had a coffee table that I really liked but not able to use at the moment. So give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.”
“It's been a few years since I haven't visited this Savers or any other Savers store, and have seen better improvement. The store is no longer that messy and disorganized. The aisles are more wider, so that two people can walk through with thier shopping carts at the same time. Items being sold are more complete and much cleaner. The one thing I noticed is the expensive price tags. Items should not be that pricey for being a secondhand store, but you can still pickup some nice bargains.”
9AM - 9PM
9000 W Northern Ave, Glendale“This store is always clean and clear of clutter. The aisles are wide enough for two shopping carts to go through. Prices are fair compare to other Goodwill Stores. There is plenty of parking. The only issue is that there is only one cashier and when the line is too long it takes awhile for another cashier to arrive. Restrooms are always clean and available. Remember to always use your 20% coupon for a better discount on your purchases.”

16480 W Yuma Rd, Goodyear“Great store with fair prices. The only thing I wish would change is how the children's clothing is organized. It's organized by color but not by size so it makes finding what you want really difficult. Maybe that's for the best though since that section alone could very well burn a hole in my pocket.”
“Valley view community thrift shop is a great way to help valley view community food bank continue their mission fighting hunger!!Awesome place to shop !Staff is friendly, and helpful:)”

1450 N Dysart Rd Suite E, Avondale“My spouse and I love thrifting and this place is a hot spot for finding great items. We bought our dresser and tv stand for a price that was really affordable. The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and they keep everything organized, we dislike going to places that are so unorganized, it just makes the experience so chaotic. So in all, great place!”

2933 S 99th Ave, Tolleson“I would love for them to come back with everything half off every other Saturday or Sunday I really miss that. But other than that I'm always finding what I'm looking for, even something's I didn't think they would have. They are always clean. The only problem I say they have is not enough people working the Cash register that could be annoying”

8679 W Ludlow Dr #5, Peoria“I love all the goodwill stores, this one does have small selection of furniture and art, but usually good condition. Smaller than most and recently a bit warmer as they are only using fans to cool.”

15433 W McDowell Rd, Goodyear“**TRISHTON**WHAT A HARDWORKING AND FRIENDLY ADDITION TO THE PEBBLE CREEK GOODWILL!!I remember meeting Trishton on his very first day working at the Goodwill and he was trying so hard to do the while ring up and transaction correctly. But even if he had made a mistake (which he did not) his smile and his incredible soft skills for customer service would have made up for it!Trishton also now knows me everytime I come into the Goodwill which of course makes any customer feel special and at home when shopping! Trishton is one of the reasons I continue to shop at that Goodwill as opposed to others nearby! I always look forward to hopefully running into him there either while he is doing his clothes racks or whihe is ringing me up at the register.Thank you Trishton for working hard, greeting me every time I come in and your working, and being in such a positive state of mind no matter what!Sincerely,Tara Cook”

12043 N Reems Rd, Surprise“The man working the donation dropoff was on it. He was quick to help people unload, get people donation receipts, and then move to the next car. He did this all while being professional and kind. Donating was a breeze. The couple of times I have been here, this location wasn't busy. Having so few people there made it easy to maneuver about the store. The slow store made me feel less rushed while shopping. Checkout was quick. Dressing rooms are still closed. Signs on the doors still COVID for the dressing room closures. Prices at this location were higher than many other locations. There were some good deals when getting half off for the color of the week.”

2929 N 75th Ave, Phoenix“Not sure how you can continue to rise prices on stuff that is donated, to your business. I am aware that employees need to be taken care of. I normally walk out with several items on senior discount day, but have not bought any the last two visits.”
9AM - 9PM
13055 W Thunderbird Rd, El Mirage“Stopped to donate a few things and figured I'd look around for hiking/Capri pants for our summer trips. Found a great pair of Chico, two pairs of Columbia & a Kirkland brand pant that looked great! They all looked brand new and would cost less than $40! My review would have been 5 stars if not for their changing rooms being permanently closed (and now used for storage) and their return policy. I specifically asked the guy at checkout about their return policy (since I couldn't try anything on) to which he said "its 7 days with a receipt" - so I bought all without thought. I was about to walk out the door and said "I'll return any that don't fit" and he said sure, refund is store credit only. What?! To that, I requested a full refund (not store credit!) and he suggested I use their bathroom to try the pants on and then see which ones I want to purchase again. Ended up with 2/4 for $13. Very happy with my purchase but that's a silly policy. The guy was understanding but I suggested he be more forthcoming with their policy to people who ask, like myself. He said "most people who shop here know this".”
9AM - 9PM
10005 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix“Everytime I go thrifting I find really good pieces of clothing here. The store is very clean and organized. The only gripe that I have is that most of the time they only have 1 cashier open and the line is longer than the Nile River ? But seriously if you are looking for good finds when you go thrifting, add this Goodwill location to your itinerary. You never know what you might find!”

7759 W Bell Rd, Peoria“Had a nice experience with Luca. This associate helped me with the self check out and answered all my questions. She was pleasant and outgoing, which is a nice change with customer service! We had a delay in the check out process and she offered me a coupon to use the next time I visit. I will definitely be back. The store had a wide selection of clothing, shoes and household items. I found pants ranging from $3.00 to $15.00 and shoes for $7.00. The store was clean and the manager was friendly. To finally experience quality customer service, I would come back for that alone! Thank you Luca”

8517 Grand Ave, Peoria“Goodwill’s are hit and misses but you should always frequent them for great prices and good finds at cheaper cost than your regular stores. There was 8 new and sealed (at the side) Crafter’s Companion paper pads at a very cheap. This place is a good start to look for those special items. The employees are always polite and efficient here too!”
“Love this place! The shopping is great, always find what we need, and the staff are phenomenal at their jobs! Customer service is stellar! We are so thankful this store is nearby!”
“Over the past several years we've unfortunately, watched this store seems to be going downhill. Lately, they have little stock on the shelves. And most of what they do have is really over priced.”
“I found a $400 item for $15 and several $100 items for $10 or less. Meanwhile someone in line to pay for their items was "asked to leave the store" because their friend had just shoplifted something. It's always a different and entertaining experience. Whether it's a sudden crowding around the electronics testing station, everyone in line with their item in hand. The waiting, watching in as the person ahead fries a lamp or cheers and smiles when a boom box bumps bass back to life again. The anticipation, intensity you could cut with a knife. Goodwill. Dysart location..”
