I have had great experiences getting my cards recovered and small change made for a months worth of tips and just a friendly very technically oriented place with the kind of personnel that I have come to expect inall my dealings with US Bank this is the best corporate bank I've had in my whole life and this particular office is really well run managed and populated by a expert, friendly Personnel Michelle, Henry and above all the manager, Brock Corbin, what a great bank.!

Friendly and attentive staff. Didn't matter it was a line, they all took their time to help and answered questions. No rushing or stressing, that made the people feel comfortable.

This is the best branch in the valley! The staff is nice and friendly. I had an issue with my credit card and even though local branches do not support cc's, they were still helpful and corrected my issue.

Very pleasant experience and we are so glad to have a US Bank branch near us. We remember before this branch was opened and we had to drive several miles to access personal contact with a US Bank employee. My purse was stolen several years ago and the personnel were very helpful in helping me get my situation under control until I returned to Illinois. Recommend highly.

The worst bank which I had to deal ever.My post isn't about this specific location,it's about us bank as a whole. My terrible experience started last year when because of covid pandemic I wasn't able to made some payments and I went on forbearance plan. When I started making payments in November 1st 2021 they put on trial plan for 3 months. After these 3 months should receive it the new agreement.Never happened. Every time when I called at call center and loss mitigation department they were rude,clueless. Last week they canceled my application submitted last year. Now I have to fill again the same application. I submitted 2 times already,someone reviewed and marked as "no needed for processing " but in the same time they require to submit the mortgage application assistance.I called and asked about this problem and nothing. They have no idea.Now even online I'm not able to make the payments because someone removed the pay bottom from the us bank app. I paid online for almost 3 years. So if I can give them -5 stars review that's was. My advice from my experience with them is to stay as far you can from this bank. It's worst than organized crime groups1st updateAfter I was 3 months on the trial plan,paid on time for another 4 months. Called at call center and loss mitigation department almost every week since January.Never got an answer what's going on with my application until now. Now I'm sure this isn't incompetence it's us bank way to take people houses. I have friends who went through the same situation with another banks in 2008 during the financial crisis. They lost their houses after they paid for it more than 15 yearsHow my application was incomplete when I qualified for the trial plan?Why nobody said anything for 7 monthsIn the second picture everyone can see how my new application looksThey asked me to upload again the mortgage assistance application which I uploaded second time on 04/05/2022. On 04/06/2022 they marked as no needed for processing and in the same time I'm required to upload it.Now I'm looking for a lawyer to sue the bank

Convenient location inside of Albertsons. Wish it was inside of Fry's instead. I only do transactions through the ATM so I can't speak to the customer service aspect.

I wanted to give this bank location a zero.. but I had to at least give 1 star to submit it. Bank at Indian school in Goodyear. Employes the rudest ,people. This guy wasted 1hour and 45 minutes of my time, to find out he did not know how to open an IRA ACCOUNT. .I wanted to take out my.money out 0f this my account to start an IRA. He got on the phone acted like he was talking Once in a while he would look at the woman teller and laugh. .finally he got off the phone and admitted he did not know anything about IRA. And told me I needed to the different location and talk to the bank Manger. When I left the bank he was laughing with the teller . Very rude, unprofessional, he acted like he was better than me..
