“I had the most wonderful experience with Doug and Mammoth Towing! Doug came with his flatbed to tow my motorhome (small but mighty 26') since it was leaking coolant and could not be driven in the 106° Tucson summer temps. It turns out that the insurance company had misinformed the towing company and led them to believe it was a van, not a camper on a van chassis. Doug arrived and advised me that it would take 4-6 hours for the correct type of tow truck to arrive. Oh, and did I mention we were planning to leave *that day* for a special gathering with friends at the Grand Canyon? As Doug arrived, the monsoon did too. He offered to try to help in whatever way he could. In the rain. And the wind. And the rapidly, but thankfully, falling temperature. Note that no other mobile mechanic, stationary garage, or other entity could or would, even look at the vehicle until the following week! Doug got down on the ground, assessed the situation, determined what the problem was, and with a "I think I can fix it!" proceeded to replace the radiator hose and clamps and restored my little motorhome to working order! We climbed those mountains and sat in a two-hour delay on I-10 with no problem or overheating at all! Doug's job was not to repair my little RV, but he went above and beyond for me. Shout out to the management of Mammoth Towing for being supportive of this behavior and work ethic! Would recommend - over and over again!”
