A bank with no tellers what do you do when you need to pull cash out cuz you lost your card how stupid is that I knew it was going to be retarded the second I walked in there and seen the weird setup that is the dumbest thing I've ever seen what is the point of this to piss people off?

ATM is very slow and doesn't accept cash. Pretty useless.

I love that they have an assessable ATM inside out of the elements yet outside the lobby that you can use when the bank is closed

This location has eliminated tellers, so if you need to do a transaction that involves cash that can't be handled at the ATM, you won't be able to do it here. Not sure why they even bother to keep this location open honestly.

These problems have had a significant impact on my livelihood for over six months. I will be making formal complaints to the appropriate federal institutions.**Update**Messed up yet another payment for the sixth month in a row, going on 9 days late this time. No excuse. Worst service I have ever experienced from any company. Worst decision I've made in recent years has been letting someone here give me financial advice. Beyond disappointed.Going to update this review every month a payment is mishandled so other people will be aware of how extensive this problem is. Over six months, not a single payment has been handled properly. Do not let anyone at this branch handle or recommend services to you for an annuity. I have had to contact them every single month because of a regularly scheduled deposit not going through when it should. Set for the same date every month, yet every single month it goes in on completely different days. Sometimes there is as much as an 9-day delay on a SCHEDULED direct deposit. Every single time I am told the problem is fixed. Yet I'm updating this review months later to share that the problem is still ongoing and despite speaking to numerous people here about the issue, every single time it happened, nothing has changed. Over six months and they don't even have an explanation for me as to why this keeps happening. They still occasionally will write out a paper check, despite my requesting direct deposit, and end up sending the physical check to the wrong address. This was a service recommended to me and overseen by the Vice President of Financial services here. They may be alright for everyday banking but be VERY cautious letting any of the financial advisors here handle your annuity, maybe shop around first. You have been warned! I truly did not believe I would still be facing the same issue for so long but here we are, six months later, desperate to get this problem resolved. They honestly seemed great at first but the lack of interest they have shown for such a persistent problem is unbelievable and disgusting.

Quite possibly the worst customer service of any bank I've gone to. They don't do any cash transactions inside and are condescending about anything and everything. The branch on Ina is a million times better and when I mentioned the craggy old White broad with the gray hair, they knew exactly who I was talking about. Avoid this location at all costs.

Made an appointment to change my legal business name at this location. I spent 35 minutes politely answering every question Linda asked until I refused to answer my business annual revenue (as if it's their business). She refused to continue to name change. Since the brach manager is out for a week I asked who they would report to. I was told Dan McGraw at the Broadway & CC Branch. Called that brand who confirmed both Dan and his assistant were in, but they refused to transfer me. They gave me another number to call, which twice went to voicemail. Not the same great Chase service they once offered. We'll look for another bank for our business needs while we wait for a return phone call.
