Quite possibly the worst customer service of any bank I've gone to. They don't do any cash transactions inside and are condescending about anything and everything. The branch on Ina is a million times better and when I mentioned the craggy old White broad with the gray hair, they knew exactly who I was talking about. Avoid this location at all costs.

Ina is worse, inside only 1 teller. No more drive thru.

It is easy to see why this Chase Bank branchdelivers such bad service: the folks in charge at the Executive Office in Texas do not return calls and tell whatever mistruth they can to get their fat out of the fire. During the complaint process with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, they made false statements which were contradicted by the written evidence. The complaint has been made a part of the permanent record of the CFPB by that agnency. It took 54 days before this bank released the funds of a decedent to the Personal Representative of the estate. All while the decedent's last bills were unpaid as Chase continued to fumble and make excuses and tell lies. Don't put your money with this bank unless you want it tied up for an unreasonable time.

Horrible customer service. I will never come to this location ever again. I will drive all the way to the one on Ina. Because of Janet, I almost closed my account. There are other locations, so I suggest avoiding this one
