“I went looking for jeans and I was advised by an employee that unless it was a return from the website, all jeans are 'regular' length. Aka no tall or short jeans. The employee was kind enough to get a reader to check the jeans I was looking for to see if my size even existed in the store before I sorted through piles of hands. We found A pair! And I was excited and thankful I did not have to dig through shelves and shelves of jeans. Don't be afraid to find an employee!”

“This is the biggest forever 21 in the state and I found a lot of items to purchase. The second floor is mostly clearance and happened to be buy 1 get 1 free. The plus section had a lot of items and wasn't limited in selection.”
“Last week I was having the hardest time finding an outfit for my wedding anniversary. I had shopped at many other stores in the outlet mall that day and with no luck left empty handed. I haven’t been inside a lucky store since I was a teen and I decided to stop in for my last chance to find a dress. I came in 30 min before closing and typically most store associates would be annoyed and try and hurry me out. But at your Tucson outlet location Layla greeted me and hand picked outfits for me, never once making me feel rushed. She offered suggestions, added on accessories to match and even had me show her how they fit so I could get her opinion as well (I have no fashion sense haha) I just really wanted to recognize how good she made me feel. I felt pretty in the outfits I chose and she was super helpful! I can’t remember the last time I had a great experience in a retail store like this. Thank you for your kindness and I will for sure be back to shop again!”
“I saw the reviews before I came over there, and honestly, it's nothing like I was expecting. The ladies working there were nice and helpful. There was a guy at the cash register complaining about the 70% sign and asking why certain items didn't have a discount. I'm sure they get that a lot, but they don't have control over the prices or the signs that they are told to put up. Either way, they seemed to handle the situation professionally. They got me set up in a fitting room several times and went in the back to check for my size in a specific jean style I wanted. The cashier was smiling at my baby and telling me how cute she was. Just overall, a pretty nice experience. I've been here twice and haven't had any problems.”
“Large selection of surf and skate wear. Plenty of accessories to choose from. Customer service wise was a bit average. Price wise, also rather average. No real specials or true savings. Located within the Marana Shopping Premium outlet. Parking can be challenging depending on when you go.”
“I like this store. The staff has been helpful for me and looks for sizes in the back, they don’t always have them but they make the effort.Some sticker prices are a little high for an outlet, but you can register an account and get emails with 25-30% off codes. Prices are good after discount!”

“A great little store the lady’s that run it are really friendly and very knowledgeable. The products are varied from vendor to vendor which is really cool. Some have foods and some stock health and beauty. But anything handmade or local sells here.”
