I buy my tires there and get alignments for the life of the tire. They always get me in and very respectful of my time.

I called at 7:20 am and got a 9am appointment the same morning! Cody is a great person to have on the phone and at the counter. Work completed in a timely manner, even with several customers there all at once.

Logan helped me today and I super appreciated it! He went above and beyond!! Coming out of McDonald's, I drove onto a curb in front of their store, by the pick-up lane. It was not an obvius curb, and I couldn't seem to hop off it right away. I saw Logan walking up from Firestone. He helped me get off it and mentioned this happens often! Phew! I thought it was just me! I drove off, but soon after I heard noises coming from my front. Seeing as Logan was friendly and helpful, I made a u-turn and headed back to Firestone, which by the way is open on Sunday!! That's amazing as many tire shops are not open on Sundays! Logan saw that my shield had ripped into pieces from the curb trauma, and he was able to tie in and remove pieces for me. I know where I'll be going next time I need service on my car! Thank you Logan! Wish there were more of you out there!

Cody and Eric went above and beyond for us. Something tore through my tire on our way to go camping. The flat tire was beyond repair and they got a new tire on in no time. Friendly, dedicated and great customer service.

This location gets 1 star for their speediness at getting your vehicle in. Beyond that, it is an expensive waste of time because repairs end up needing to be completed anywhere else. The work is shoddy at best and deceptive at worst. Initially, a few years ago the workmanship and customer service were fantastic. I don't know what exactly happened because the past handful of times we've taken our Ram 1500 to this location, we've ended up leaving with either no answers/repairs, or even MORE damage! We had a tire replaced by them in June '22 to replace a blown Michelin tire. The tires were all Michelin's, but we had it replaced with a Firestone with the intention of making it the spare once the dealership got our matching tire back in stock. My husband suspects that they didn't calibrate the tire pressure sensor because the Firestone tire already needs to be replaced after just barely a year of use. It's wearing in a manner that indicates overinflation despite the TPMS sensor indicating proper pressure while our Michelins, that already had nearly a year of use on them before the Firestone are still in good shape. What's even worse, I got a check engine light recently and I have noticed performance malfunctions when driving. A neighbor has a diagnostic tool and pulled a code for an oil pressure sensor. At Firestone's recommendation and out of concern for not doing more damage, I paid $300.00 to have the truck towed to their location, only to be told that they also pulled that code, but because during a test drive, they had no performance issue, they couldn't warranty replacing the part. They must have just driven the vehicle around the parking lot because the issue continued to occur within a mile of us leaving the shop. SOOOO, we drove the truck back home...no work done...no repairs. My frustration was already high because on the drive home, I could feel that it was very OBVIOUSLY NOT driving right. I hadn't used the vehicle further then a couple blocks in our neighborhood since bringing it home until this past Friday, when I had to pick our daughter up from school. During the drive there, the check engine light began flashing and the performance was noticeably rough. I googled the "symptoms" and it appears that the truck was misfiring. I parked it when I got home and haven't run it since. This morning, my husband, who is an aircraft mechanic and also vehicle knowledgeable, got under the truck to pull the O2 sensors. He came in to show me what he found stuck in the frame. It was a THERMOSTAT! A corroded, old thermostat that must have been dropped and just carelessly left in the vehicle. The most annoying part is that I can't prove it, but after our last oil change at this location, we have had one problem after another, to include our radiator system, a broken thermostat housing, and a ridiculous amount of leak stop in the coolant system, meaning somebody knew about the cracked thermostat housing or even caused it. We had an oil leak shortly after the oil change, which was resolved by my husband tightening the oil filter which was left barely put on, not even hand-tight. I have no words to describe the total disappointment and let down by this location. The anger at the time and money wasted and the devastation to the potential permanent damage done to the vehicle. We are literally back at square one and will now have to pay another small fortune to have it towed to the dealership for repairs, which is what we should have done to begin with. I HIGHLY recommend against this Firestone location for repairs and it really makes me sad to say this because I truly believe in and seek out the best in everybody and trust that for the most part people are honest. I give people the benefit of the doubt, often to my own disappointment. Id fact, my husband has warned me more times then I can count about the trouble with being so trusting. To whoever reads this through, do your research before you have repair work done, it will likely save a fortune in the future.

To continue my wife's review from last week, following our last oil change here, our 2016 Ram 1500 engine is destroyed and is going to cost $12,000 to replace. The oil system has metal shavings all throughout. I'm tempted to pay the dealership the extra money to tear down the engine to find out exactly what happened, but $12k is already more than I can afford. If you think it sounds ridiculous that something so simple as an oil change could have resulted in the destruction of the engine, I refer you to the post my wife, Jerah Tyree made six days ago, highlighting all the other issues we'd encountered with this shop. The Ram had the 5.7l Hemi with only around 160k on it, and anyone that knows that Hemi can tell you that type of failure is unheard of, especially for such relatively low mileage, instead, more often seeing failure on the top end. The engine started displaying symptoms including low oil pressure and significant performance issue after our last oil change at this location and I can only think of two ways this could have happened from something so simple and unassuming. Firstly, the oil filter was hardly installed, not even hand tight. Though, not all of the oil was discharged, only some, but I can't estimate how much. Perhaps this reduced the oil flow, causing inadequate lubrication. The only other thing I can think to cause it would be outright sabotage.

This auto care shop was technically competent, but having fixed my car’s A/C, the staff proceeded to sell my wife a number of non-essential “repairs” (e.g., new cabin filter) that ran the final bill up much too high.

Took our 2007 Volvo XC90 for an oil change. The technician came into waiting room to show us the gasket ring that had been FORCED on from previous oil change from a different provider. We knew we had a small leak and now we knew why. It had been forced on and was severely bent. The technician called to their other shops to get replacement. Tommy went above and beyond to help with the situation. Don't know what would have happened if Tommy was unable to find replacement. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Firestone Complete Auto Care on Tangerine. I hope to have great service again. It is really sad we consumers are taken advantage of when all we want is to pay what is fair to have our cars serviced. We feel we get that at this location. We have now taken three cars there for oil changes and other services.
