Very clean location, especially inside the bathrooms. They have a large variety of snack items that are well stocked. Lots of gas station pumps so there’s not much of a wait to get gas.

The QT near my home has unfortunately become one of the most disappointing stops in the area. On multiple visits, not a single restroom stall has been in working condition, which is surprising for a store that typically prides itself on convenience and cleanliness. Restrooms are a basic necessity, and the fact that this issue has continued for days is unacceptable. Something this essential should have been fixed on the first day, especially considering that emergency maintenance services exist specifically to handle same-day repairs. There’s simply no excuse for letting the problem linger.
Each visit results in the same frustration: locked stalls, out-of-order signs, and a sense that the issue is being ignored rather than addressed. When a store cannot maintain even fundamental facilities, it casts doubt on the overall management and care being put into the location. Cleanliness, customer comfort, and operational standards all feel compromised.
QT usually carries a strong reputation for reliability, but this particular location is not living up to that standard. Until management prioritizes fixing the restroom situation and maintaining a basic level of service, this establishment will no longer be part of my routine. There are plenty of other options that respect customer needs.

WOW the Kitchen has the BEST whole pizzas! The Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub is SO good, & you can add TONS of fresh veggies for free. REALLY great price… I tell everyone that it is the most underrated food that is just too good to be from a gas station.

It's like walking into
No personality, there's a robot and washing the floor and it's like how many people can the cashiers check out at once where they don't provide any personalized customer service, except a fake greeting when you walk in and a programmed greeting or when you leave. I get it. It deters theft, but you can do the same with a little bit of personality. And I did have a problem with one of the cashiers, and I requested to speak with the district manager after I was totally humiliated, but I guess my humiliation wasn't important enough to have anyone call me back. So that just well, let's the cashiers who are rude. Know that there are no repercussions for being rude to their customers.

It's right off the freeway, easy gas, plenty of car parking, no real room for RV's. Needed to be cleaner outside. Only two women's bathroom stalls. Husband said...Men's room one urinal was broken, one toilet, men in line. Some inconsiderate male, at the only working urinal was talking on his phone, REALLY? Meh.

Quick trip in general has always been the best gas station. But this QT in particular stands out. Keith and his team are beyond amazing the customer service here is outstanding.
