The UPS Store in Marana offers packing, shipping, printing, mailbox services, notary, shredding, and faxing. The staff is consistently described as friendly, extremely helpful, professional, and patient, creating a store with good, positive energy. They provide great customer service, making customers feel unhurried and not like a burden during services like notarization. The location is convenient, clean, and organized, making returns quick and easy. However, pricing for shipping materials is noted as considerably higher than at other UPS locations. While excellent for shipping and returns, some recommend other locations for purchasing supplies.
I love this place.Everybody here is kind and efficient. I mostly mail things and return amazon packages. Mailing stuff is really expensive, but it is these days no matter where you take it.
