“I remember going to this yard probably 25 years ago looking for 68 GTO parts. Didn’t find what I was looking for, but had a really nice time looking at all the vintage cars. Only thing I didn’t care for was your rattlesnake guard dog that caught me off guard. Couldn’t see the snake, but it definitely let me know it was there! Need to make another trip out, as I’m now looking for 68 Chrysler 300 odds and ends. Hope the Rattler is on a leash this time! LOL ?”

“I really did not want to part with my 2009 BMW 335 I convertible thinking that repairing what was wrong with it would cost me the price of a new car. (Lol) So the car got towed to Aamco in Maricopa for an HPFP replacement plus a few more things that had to be looked at. I got my car back yesterday having brought it in last Thursday.
I like receiving intelligent answers, knowledgeable, answers that are frank and straightforward. And I experienced this with Tony and Jesus. I like that there’s warranty on the work /parts they put into the car. I like the sincerity in the promise that the job on my car was well done.”

“Needed some work on my F150. Called local dealers. One never returned my call (Chandler). Another told me to bring my truck in and he would get to it when he could “in the next few days sometime” (Gilbert). I asked if I could just come in when he had time since the issue was not an emergency and he said that isn’t how they operate. They just que up vehicles and get to them when they get to them. ?♂️Id need to rent a vehicle for however long they needed the truck which they estimated might be a week (for a water pump replacement) which would really add a lot to my bill.
So I called Faithworks on the recommendation of a friend. They answered the phone right away. They said bring it right in and we will drop what we are doing for a moment and give you a free diagnosis and estimate right there which they did. They called me later that day and reported that they did find some other issues that they recommended addressing (pulleys) and the thermostat would be a no labor involved switch out. The truck was done within 24 hours and the repair bill was a fair price and as described. When I showed up they showed me the old parts and even took the time to explain and show me why the parts failed. I highly recommend them especially for any local Maricopans”

“Terrance is ultra professional and delivers elite client service …,now, Big O’s is attempting to fix the AC Compressor kit and it has been a two week battle to get the air blowing at cold levels. Terrance has been super patient and informative and willing to work with balky Ally insurance company. Hopefully they get the right part (s) and insurance approval so my truck gets back on the road soon! Ally insurance is trying to nickel and dime this warranty covered issue, but Terrance at Big O’s has been working diligently to get this corrected and properly fixed. Stay tuned”
