I was a customer to this place but had a disagreement with Juan! why get charged a diagnostic fee even after if agreed to have them to work on my car. I do believe they should charge a diagnostic fee to those who decide not get their car repaired and just wants to know what wrong their car. They just lost a customer!

Was told I could walk in @ 7:30am and they will handle my oil change, gentlemen told me it would take at least 3 hours. Not prioritizing walk ins seems like a terrible business model. I will not be coming back here. They had people walking back and forth and did not seem overly busy.

I’ve gotten my oil changed here many times, they’re absolutely wonderful! It’s always done super quick, & they don’t try to sell me on things that my car doesn’t need the way that most mechanics have tried to. Love them, will always get my oil changed here.
