One time I came here with my partner who needed to talk to one of the workers. They made us wait in the lobby for forever it felt like. I also have a Chase card but definitely won’t be using the services inside. Drive through is best. I don’t really have much more to say about them. It’s Chase. They have solar powered panels on their roof!

People will always complain about lack of employees. This is common to all Corporations in America. Don't blame the Bank employees, they are doing the best they can. Time for all people to write to Corporate Offices. They are cutting staff to make sure their CEO and Board of Directors get a huge Bonus this year. Service is not a priority anymore, bottom line more important.

Every time I need a notary they are on vacation or out of the office for days. might as well not offer that service unless you can qualify more than one part timer to do it in a branch. It literally cost like $125 to be certified

Moved to Maricopa from in town. I left chase because of this branch being the only 1 in Maricopa. Horrible service

Apparently, the customer does not come first. Very unhelpful! Very uncaring! I'd rather go thru the pain of cancelling all my accounts than to step inside the Maricopa Branch again.

Made an appointment to open an account. Walked in - empty lobby, no receptionist to greet us, teller line in back corner. Only 2 new account people working on a Friday both had customers. Waited 20 minutes before got any service.

ROSA LOZANZO in Maricopa went above and beyond! We had our elderly parents with us from Casa Grande. I had thought I scheduled an appointment on line but when we got there they did not have us on their schedule. Rosa came out of her desk area and explained that her appointment had cancelled and she could assist us. She could have sat back and said nothing. We needed yo wrap up loose ends since I live in Michigan and this appointment was very important. We never had any luck with the Casa Grande office being helpful so driving yo Maricopa was our only option.What a blessing Rosa is. What an asset to Chase she is. Thanks Rosa! Very poor customer service. We love chase and bank with Chase but the Maricopa branch just makes me think otherwise. I have set an appointment but they did not cater to my needs even though I had an appointment. The staff were not accommodating.

This place is terribly understaffed. I've never had quick service at the drive-thru, even if I'm the only car. It always takes about 10 minutes to get done. I'm handicapped, so it's not easy to go inside.

I tried calling to set up an appointment in response to a letter sent to me from Chase. I'd just like to speak with a real live person, but all you get is the phone/email/web site run-around. TERRIBLE customer service.
