Obviously this place sucks when it comes to setting expectations for their customers. Prescription sent in at 1pm. Set expectation of after 7. Show up after 7, told to come back in a half hour as we just got it and will expedite it. Well that's a lie. Both doctor and your location stated it was received at 1. Your location set time for 7. After a day spent in the ER, this was a great thing to deal with. Car in the other lane having issues too. Y'all are killing it!

Experience with the pharmacist never good. Several.of the techs are very nice and helpful. The wait is always excessive. Many times they have given me the wrong prescription, they take the wrong pills back from me even though they are not supposed to, unless a person has asked them to destroy, they have asked to see the error and then unwillingness return. On and on, shorted pills but not told, given pills that were half the prescribed again not told.

The pharmacy technician that was working the drive-thru in the afternoon today (1/15/25) is incredibly personable. This is the second time I’ve had an interaction with her and she is always really thoughtful when picking up prescriptions. She has a genuine sincerity that is very much appreciated.

Closing the pharmacy at 12:30pm on a Saturday 01/04/2025 when posted hours are 6pm makes CVS an unreliable health care provider.

On New Year’s Day. Get an automated phone call at 3PM that my prescriptions are available for pick up, and they’re open till 9PM. Get there at 4PM. Sign on the front door says pharmacy is open till 5PM on NYD. Pharmacy is closed with a hand written note saying they’re closing at 1:30 on NYD. The handwritten sign is in top of another sign like at the entrance that says 5PM... So they were just having fun with me the whole time. It was never cards.

This is the worst pharmacy ever!!! I’ve been waiting in like for over 40 mins blocked in. The car behinds me go to the lane to the right and gets serviced before me eventhough I was here first. You can never get a live person on the phone. It’s horrible.

Not sure why all these people are complaining. 99% of these negative comments about the pharmacy are from laziness and entitlement.
My doctor sent my prescription in and I got a text message 2 hours later that it was ready. I went INSIDE, waited about 5mins in line to pick it up, and left. No problems, no fuss.

Tried calling the pharmacy 2x and leaving voicemails. They did not get back to me for over 24 hours to get a prescription transferred from the Walgreens across the street and said it would take a few days? What if I needed it right away? Thank gosh I didn’t! The lady was so rude! She sounded very annoyed. I offered to give the phone number of the Walgreens and she snapped back with “I know them obviously, they are across the street” & answered “interesting” when I couldn’t pronounce the name of the prescription. I know you may hate your job; but no need to take it out on me because I need my prescription transferred.

Slowest most inaccessible pharmacy in town. Only one that takes my sons insurance so we have to go there but ducks could run that place better than the people that do now.

Making a patient that has already stood in a long line to pick up an order, to stand in an even longer line when they finally get the other prescription ready, is ridiculous. Our mistake? YOU get punished. Nice!
