Hopefully, it has gotten better, typically not a lot of things working, air chucks you need ear protection for , great flow though. Decent car wash bring your own towel.

Spent $14 and my windshield didn’t even get clean. Suggestion: instead of paying multiple kids to help with your payment, have a couple of them make sure your windows get clean.

I am a monthly member of the two Maricopa locations. Each differs slightly different wash machines. The monthly price is the way to go as long as you go at least twice a month.No scratches or problems using the washes.Saves a lot of your time and does a great overall wash job.

This place is a joke. You get trapped in the car wash at times. The windshield scanner doesn't work, and most employees really dislike working there. They talk very badly about management/owners. Went back to Cobblestone in Phoenix even though it's about 20 miles away. That's how disturbing this place is.

First time going to the car wash place on John Wayne Parkway in maricopa az on 9/24/2023. I'm not going back. There was lots of water spots all over the car and I had to wash the car by hand the next day. I also noticed some new scratches afterwards. The attendants were nice, but I didn't realize the issue until after I finished running errands.

After reading other ppl's comments on a popular Neighborhood App, about "unauthorized" car wash Memberships being charged from this location, I decided to check my bank statements, and sure enough the last 6 months, I have been victimized as well. Very unethical, business practices. BEWARE

Love this place. I like how they check the back of my truck for stuff. Great vacuums and lots of spaces to park and detail your car.

I want to start by saying, this is a car wash. How can anything really go wrong. I love coming to the location next to Walmart, the staff is real friendly. The outside stays nice and clean. I did have one problem before with my membership and I brought it to the attention of one of the employees. First thing he put me in the car wash and gave me the area managers name & phone number. To my surprise the manager was very professional and took care of my problem just like he said he would. I'm glad my wife and I get are cars washed here. Just one thing that I was wondering, sometimes when I go in the car wash I notice that no all the brushes are spinning.

This car wash WAS a spotless car wash but ever since they speed up the rate of how fast you go thru the wash, my car ends up having tiny residue spots and streaky smeer water lines and dirt buildup in the door jams. The car wash at Circle K does a better job and you get to take your time exiting, making sure all the water is blown off your car.

This place has gone downhill and the price for a car wash is insanely expensive for a filthy car wash! I have asked the manager for a rewashed and he rejected my request! He was unprofessional and rude! Also, the machine scratched my car but he didn't want ratifies the claims. It was a nightmare! Steer away for this awful nightmare of a place!

First of all, I give 5 stars to Alfredo. Secondly I give the 3 stars to whoever is the manager. I went to the JW location and there was an error on the screen. The "manager" was already standing there and said my cc declined. Not sure why since I have a membership and there would not be a reason for my cc to decline since I didn't use it. He said they were having problems due to some new chicken place etc so he asked me for a card he can insert to get me through. He scanned and said my membership would be 24.95 every end of the month. My membership is due 1st of the month for 19.95 and has been autodraft for years. When I woke up I was charged my normal 19.95 so I went to the carwash to ask for a refund to the card that was scanned for 24.95 and was told they don't issue refunds. Long story short I got my refund and I told Alfredo they need to do better.

Ok, I tried to avoid this review, but I received no response from management via the ultracleanexpress email with two separate attempts a few weeks apart; not including communication with staff three times. About two months ago I was going through the carwash and received this screen message that my membership expired and asked me to renew. There was communication a few months ago that the carwash was going through some maintenance or upgrades and a few accounts may have been deleted by mistake and may require rejoining. I don't recall the exact message. So I thought maybe I was one of those few; so I selected, 'Renew My Membership'. Well, a few days afterwards I noticed I had two charges on separate bank accounts for $29.99 each for my monthly membership. I've been fighting to get reimbursed the overcharge since the first week of July. I still don't know how I got charged on the account I haven't used for several months. The car that I used that account for was sold last year, which is when I canceled membership for that car. Today, I went to get my car washed and I received the same on screen message that my membership expired (which it didn't because I have an automatic payment plan) and wanted me to renew. Screw that! I'm not falling for that again! Has anyone else had a similar problem? I will go on Google and other review platforms to express my experience with this carwash!

7/9/23 : 6 weeks now air compressors have been inop. Waiting on a part? Unacceptable! Put in a new compressor!7/16/23 : 7 weeks now and compressor still out !Tried to call with # on website - no luck. Attendants say phone has been disconnected and no new phone or # has been added.Website for " Contact us" inoperative. Will not allow to enter "CAPTCHA" to verify robot or not.

Air compressor has been broken now for 7 weeks. Part ? Buy a new compressor.Phone # is no longer valid and there is no new phone line to call. Website will not allow for communication with Owner/Manager. Stops you at "CAPTCHA" and does not allow you to enter a verification.Employees were not engaged at all - in my experience that is a clear indication of poor Ownership and/or Management. Attitude is a top down trait.

I recently went in to the location on John Wayne Parkway on 7/3/23 to update my license plate due to this location now using plate readers instead of the RFID tags. I was told that I needed to run my debit card to update the payment system and the funds would be refunded by 7/7/23. The system charged my account $34.99 which is not my membership amount (I have the family plan and pay $67 a month) I have not been refunded as of today 7/11. I go in with my other vehicle which is on my family plan and for the 100th time the system states my membership is expired. The location manager comes out to the kiosk and states that I need to run my card again. I explain they already owe me a refund from the prior week and I am not running my card again as there is no reason I should be billed 3 times a month to update their system and wait for 2 of the payments to get refunded. I ask why a different amount was charged and not my family plan amount of $67 inwhich I was advised the family plan is going away so the monthly amount to get the same service will be going up to over $100 a month for my 3 cars. I requested a corporate contact phone number and was advised there is not one he can provide and that I need to reach out by the website. The website is currently down as well and it will not let you submit a request to contact them due to the CAPTCHA missing. I have gone back and forth between both Maricopa locations ever since the original car wash was bought out roughly a year ago and absolutely nothing has been done right by this company since the buy out!!
