I've never had a good experience at a FedEx in a Walgreens, people are not very helpful and generally are grumpy. Rarely do they know what they're doing and I always leave frustrated.

I have a disability and can't see the tracking number. I have called 9 times, but I can't get help by an actual person, so it just keeps hanging up and tells me to call back. How can a person with a disability actually get help?

If I could give a negative rating I would. You call to see if you can drop off a package and you talk to a computer and they refuse to connect you with anyone to get an answer on something they don’t give you an option for!! Customer Service sucks!!!!?
