If zero stars was an option, that's the rating they would get. I have never had prescriptions ready when they said they would be. They don't seem to be able to hang on to staff, and the new crews get worse and worse. I can understand having a high volume pharmacy to deal with in town, but do better. Don't look at me and assume that I can't afford a prescription and say that the doctor made a mistake and then follow it up with "we don't have it."Really? An albuterol inhaler? GTFO here

The parking lot so disgusting. This used to be a nice store, not any more. It's like a prison when you go in. Parking lot is so dirty? I can't imagine people just throwing their trash on the ground. Hope we get a new grocery store soon.

After calling and getting stuck on terminal hold repeatedly I finally drove down there and to my surprise there was no line and just a bunch of staff standing around. When I approached Claire she looked at me like I had just offended her by asking her about my prescription. All she was doing was talking to another tech. This pharmacy is horrible. If you have another option to get your meds filled I’d take it! Unprofessional, rude, lazy, the list goes on and on. I can’t think of one positive thing to say about them. My meds still have not been filled so I’ve had time to write this review. Good use of my time if it helps someone else.

I wish i could give zero stars. this is the worst pharmacy ever. no matter how many people are behind the counter, it seems like only 1 person is ever helping customers while the other workers are busy talking amongst each other. which causes wait times to be extremely long. don’t even bother calling as they will place you on hold immediately and not come back to help you. they also will tell you that your prescription will be ready by a certain time and even hours after said time when you go to pick it up, it still won’t be ready. don’t even waste your time with this place.

I understand the bar is already VERY low for pharmacies, but this place just keeps slipping into worse and worse shape. Always spinning the same lies about why your Rx isn't ready yet, etc. Place you on hold, indefinitely. Blocked off the DROP OFF window so now you HAVE to stand in the ridiculous line. I'll pay double for the genius that can create a pharmacy that actually gives it to you honest and straight, and is actually available for questions.

Worst customer service imaginable. Google needs to start adding a “negative” star rating option…because I would definitely give this pharmacy a sub-zero rating. I needed two stat refills for my disabled 31 year old son today. I called…and was placed on hold for exactly 31 minutes. The phone kept ringing…and ringing…and ringing…then hung up on me. Called the store manager, (who was empathetic) she stated that they’ve been having issues with the Pharmacy and that the Pharmacy is grossly understaffed because “…nobody wants to work.” She then placed me back on hold and the phone just kept on ringing endlessly. I could not reach anyone in the pharmacy at all. So, I called my Son’s Doctors and Specialists, and had them remove the Maricopa Fry’s Pharmacy on John Wayne Parkway as my son’s Pharmacy. I switched him to another pharmacy near me in Gilbert. Now, I have to pick up his Rx’s today and drive them to him (from Gilbert to Maricopa…an 80 mile round trip). Pathetic state of affairs at this Pharmacy. My advice…use another pharmacy who can professionally manage their staffing levels, and a pharmacy whose staff knows how to answer a phone call. I know it’s a very “elaborate, difficult process” to: “1.)place hand on phone, 2.) pick up phone, 3.) then say “thank you for calling Fry’s Pharmacy in Maricopa, how may I help you today?” Perhaps Fry’s Pharmacy needs to implement a 12 month very basic employee training program and provide a graduation certificate in “Answering A Phone Call.”

By far the slowest pharmacy in town. It makes no real difference what day or time of the week you pick up your prescriptions.

Honestly, get your stuff together. People need medications and you’re a pharmacy, so what’s the issue? There’s always an issue here and you can’t even get ahold of anyone, ever.

The Pharmacy team in Maricopa are all outstanding-true professionals working very hard for their customers. I have all my prescriptions filled there because they go above and beyond all the time. When you are not feeling well or just picking up a refill, they demonstrate sensitivity and sense of urgency. I know I can rely on good advice and much appreciated customer service. Thank you

Went to get my second shot for shingles, I was helped initially by a woman named Laura, she should of stayed home, she started prep work for a covid vaccine, I said it's shingles I need, her response was "well I couldn't understand you with that mask on" I said shingles-covid sounds nothing similar, her next response was "you want someone else to help you" my response was since you cant do your job, by all means. She was just a rude person, last time I'll ever use Frys pharmacy for vaccines. Learned my lesson a long time ago with perscriptions.....any pharmacy is better then Frys

Went in for a flu vaccine and pneumonia vaccine. I have congestive heart failure and and firmly against the covid vaccine. So I try and take any other precautions I can. When I was done the pharmacist had given me the wrong vaccine and instead of the pneumonia vaccine he had given me a covid booster!!! I have taken the proper steps and filed a formal complaint and will be taking other measures.

Can this pharmacy PLEASE get it together?! I don’t know what happened, but the last 6 months - the staff is incredibly rude! I’m never notified of any issues that might be present - I have to call and ask why don’t I have my Rx that was called in DAYS ago. When I do ask and TRY to get an answer, I am placed on hold, hung up, spoken to with such disdain. This pharmacy may have the largest load in the city but that is NOT the customers problem. When I do get an Answer, it’s “issue with insurance”. Great, so instead of letting people know, we are waiting for nothing. Lengthening the time it will take to receive NEEDED medications. Then you don’t have the med …. How?!!! You knew it was coming !! You had the order !Please , just get some decent customer service. You are literally messing with peoples health and lives. Do better !

Wow. It is nutzo to get a prescription during midday. Drive thru is kind of the only way to go.And then some weird guy was filming me in line. That was super creepy... and concerning. I had to yell into the speaker for them to hear me inside and now I'm concerned this weird guy was recording my info. Be very careful here. ? ☹️Maybe CVS is a better option?

Extremely unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone. So when you try and go there and check the status they tell you it’s on order, even though the system says that it should have been ready to day before. Don’t waste your time here.
