I arrived with my family for a stay on the 3rd floor. The hallway carpet was filthy and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks if not months. A request to the front desk for it to be cleaned was ignored by the mushroom at the front desk. When the same request was made to the next employee at the front desk it was also ignored and the manager was not available. After telling a third front desk employee on a third day that the hallway was disgusting was it finally cleaned. The staff at this hotel suck at their job. The complimentary breakfast sucked.

Well first time staying here The people that work here are very pleasant.The place overall was very clean the bathrooms were very cleanOur room was ok the mattress was uncomfortable not a very inviting atmosphere in the room the doors going into the bathroom are these industrial kinda doors not very inviting If you're not looking for comfort and need to crash somewhere it's ok

The pool was green, there was trash and dirt under the bed and bathroom cabinet, along with a dead cricket. Chocolate or blood on the light switch. We waited until we got home to address the situation as we didn't have time to deal with it immediately. They said if we had addressed it while we were there, they would have refunded the money( $550 for 2 nights). They offered me 3000 rewards points. No thanks! They said the pool was being deep cleaned and opened the next day, not true! It was open and green.

Did not get the room we reversed ahead of time we even called to make sure of reservations even told them we were going to be late checking in the breakfast was very bad and we stayed only two nights but they changed us for 3 nights we checked out Saturday

Do not stay here!!! I stayed for three nights last week, noticed that I was itching horribly the second night and requested a new room. They put me in a filthy room that smelled like a sick, wet dog.I returned home with rashes all over my body, went to the doctor and was told that I contracted skin scabies. This place is a filthy mess! I am so disgusted!

La Quinta inn! One of my new favorite places to stay at! I have a moving business with a buddy and we travel quite a bit. We have actually been looking for la quinta inns where ever our clients ask us to go to. Clean rooms. Nice decently comfy beds. Gyms to unwind at after a long day of driving from state to state. Breakfast is great too. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Electric vehicle chargers available and really close to a community park that has two dog parks (one by the hotel and one by the pond) and plenty of space to walk non-dog park dogs on leash, and on-leash is required by the park rules. Disappointed that the pet fee here is $25/pet.Despite not being that crowded, it seemed like all the guests were put in the same hallway because there were lots of children screaming and wandering the hallways, which upset the dogs a little, and made it hard to sleep in. It is a newer building and has clean rooms, the pillows felt down-like, but the artwork is a little bit random. The TV wasn't that large. All the staff I encountered were friendly though.

If you come after hours you have to walk around the building to come in. No complimentary water. Don't forget anything had to buy a toothbrush. Breakfast was ok. The room was nice. Staff wasn't too friendly .

I would not stay at this place checked in room around 6pm went to casino came back and room was occupied by someone that had smoked weed and left their things lucky that they were not thier got a different room and somebody opened our door but security latch was on .

This wonderful hotel is so clean and appealing we were simply thrilled. Our room was so clean that we felt like the first people who ever slept and showered there. Highly recommended.

Rooms were nice, had a great stay there. Chose them because they allowed 2 pets a cat and dog.

Stayed here in August 2022 and June 2023. Both occasions the showers never produced hot water. Each time I let the shower run for 15 minutes to see if hot water would come out and it never did. Last time I will be staying here.

BED BUGS. Trust the other reviews, it's true. They use the carpet stapled to the walls as baseboards, and that's where they live. Treating the mattresses won't do anything. Found them crawling on the wall my first night (unfortunately at 6am so I already had bites.)Also found a dead roach under my pillow and behind the bed.Dealing with management (GM Andy Bhakta) upon discovering them was an absolute nightmare. He is the most unprofessional and cowardly manager I have ever dealt with. He refused to speak to me and expected me to wait 3 hours for maintenance to show up to verify the bed bugs in my photos were real (seriously?) I apologized to the front desk receptionist for my frustration, but I was not about to accept that as it was 6am and I needed to get my belongings out and find a new hotel. She (Kaylin, I believe) was the only helpful person as she found a solution in having the woman who serves breakfast come verify so I could get a refund and leave. Of course, she found them, along with new dead roaches I hadn't seen before behind the headboard, took photos, and got me my refund. So I thought. I called the bank 3 days later before I was supposed to fly back home and they told me the merchant had reversed the refund. I was dumbfounded. I drove straight to the location and again, Andy refused to speak to me. I told the front desk I needed it in writing that I was to receive the refund and they (2 new front desk receptionists) were much less helpful and visibly annoyed I was asking for assistance. I told them I demanded to speak to Andy, but he sent me an email that stated "send proof before I call you." Are you serious? I sent him the screenshots from my bank statement showing the full charges, and only then did I get an email so I had it in writing that it will be refunded and the charge will fall off in a few days. Incredibly shady. I hope Kaylin and the woman who helped get more photos of the bed bugs find better jobs with a more supportive manager. I stayed there memorial day weekend, and I was going to let it go. But then I kept getting those annoying "tell us your thoughts!" emails, so I did, and then got a defensive snarky email from Andy that he did refund the money and personally apologized. (A prewritten email is a lame excuse of an apology after all this, in my opinion.) So here you go La Quinta, you keep asking, I'll give the feedback!These properties are franchised so if you try and contact corporate for assistance - lost cause. They tell you they are franchised and it's the general managers problem.

Last minute stay, so very expensive but very nice. Maricopa's only full service hotel other than the casino. Would stay here again but plan earlier to hopefully get a cheaper
